Whichever feels better to you.
In this visualization,
We'll visit an ancient Egyptian temple of prosperity and success.
As you breathe deeply,
You begin to sense that you're in a circular room.
Open your mind's eye and look around the room.
You see a door decorated with hieroglyphics and you walk over to it.
You pull on the handle and the door opens effortlessly.
You step through this doorway and into a warm,
Lush landscape.
Somehow you realize that you're standing beside the Nile River and not far from you is a small,
Beautiful boat tied to a dock.
You're drawn toward the boat and step aboard.
The oarsman pushes the boat away from the dock and you're headed out into the middle of the great river.
You feel the warm breeze,
Hear birds in the air,
And see Egyptian farmers tending to their flocks and farms on the riverbank.
You feel completely at peace and at ease.
Ahead of you is a bend in the river and as you round the bend,
A small island with a beautiful temple comes into view.
The oarsman tells you this is the temple of prosperity and success for you and for the whole earth.
It's your destination.
You gently come to rest at the dock on the island and you step onto a path greeted by temple attendants.
As you walk the path,
You feel energized and excited.
Tension,
Worry,
And self-limiting beliefs melt away.
As you near the temple,
You begin to feel a sense of abundance.
Somehow you know that prosperity is available to everyone.
You walk to the base of the temple and ascend nine tall steps.
At the top of the steps you enter the temple through a narrow,
Tall opening.
You're in a dark hall,
But you feel at peace.
You have a sense of excitement in your chest about what is to come.
You take a few steps back to the temple and you feel a sense of peace.
You take a few steps further and suddenly you're in a vast,
Open chamber glowing with torchlight.
The light shimmers on piles of gold and gems.
A high,
Gilded chair sits on a platform in the middle of the chamber.
You're drawn to the chair,
Knowing it is meant for you.
You walk up nine shallow steps,
Feeling a sense of awe.
You turn and sit on this chair,
And a sense of ancient energy begins rising up through your body.
Your mind is clear and open,
And you feel like you're receiving information and knowledge,
Even if you're not consciously aware of what you're learning.
Vibrant energy pulses through your body.
Every cell is alive,
And you feel like you're glowing.
The chair begins to tell you its story.
In the time of ancient pharaohs,
This temple was used by a few benevolent rulers to generate wealth and prosperity for the country.
And then,
For centuries,
The doors were sealed.
You have been chosen to enter the temple at this time and use its wisdom for the good of yourself,
Your community,
And the world.
Your success will help usher in a time of peace and comfort,
Not only for yourself,
But for all of those around you,
Known and unknown.
You look up and notice an opening in the temple roof,
And through this opening you see the sky and the stars.
This opening seems to draw you up into it.
You notice that the gems in the chair begin to glow brighter.
You feel taller and taller as you sit in the chair,
And your head goes through the portal and up into the vast universe.
You become a part of the universe of stars,
Planets,
And wondrous infinite supply of energy.
The chair now tells you to gather from this vast storehouse of universal energy all of the elements that will nurture and feed yourself and the planet.
The chair assists you to relax and become wide and open,
A pipeline for this abundant energy.
You open up your being and let the elements and energies flow easily down through you into the heart of Mother Earth,
So she may use them as she desires.
You feel honored to be the conduit for abundance from the universe above to the earth below.
Your sense of ease,
Peace,
Calm,
And assuredness flows through you.
You know all of your needs will be met as you allow this abundant energy to ripple.
Eventually you sense your work is done and you relax and take a breath,
Feeling good about what you've accomplished.
Your sense of space and time shifts,
And now you and your chair are back in the heart of the temple.
You take a moment to feel settled and well-grounded back into your body.
You stand up and descend the nine shallow steps from the chair back to the temple floor.
You look around one more time,
Feeling a deep sense of peace.
And you head to the narrow passageway that will take you out of the temple.
Once outside,
You blink in the sunlight and allow your eyes to adjust.
You smell the scent of the flowers and lush greenery on the air.
Slowly you descend the steps from the temple and regain the path,
Following it down to the riverbank.
You are at peace and feel a lightness of being,
Almost as if you're floating.
You step down onto the dock and board the small boat.
The oarsman nods at you,
But has no need for words.
He gently rows you back up the river to the launch dock.
And once ashore,
You walk back to the circular building where you began this journey.
You look around one more time,
In awe at your surroundings,
Knowing that you have the ability to connect the abundance of the heavens above and the earth below within you.
You are proud of what you accomplished today.
You open the door of the building in front of you and step back inside the circular room.
You stretch and sigh and close your eyes.
As you breathe slowly and deeply,
You feel a subtle shift in the quality of air around you.
When you open your eyes,
You're back at home,
Ready to face the new day,
New week,
New month,
And new year with a sense of freedom and joy.
A new day,
New week,
New month,
And new year with a sense of prosperity and confidence.
Not only for yourself,
But for the world.
