Starting in a comfortable seated position or laying on your left side with your right leg propped up onto a bolster and your left arm tucked underneath your head.
Take a deep inhale in.
As the lungs inflate feel the spine grow long.
Exhale away.
Take another deep inhale in from the bottom of your belly to the top of your head.
As you exhale allow the shoulders to fall away from the ears and the space between the eyes to soften.
Unclench your jaw.
Settle into this space bringing your mind into your body not allowing your mind to run off with thought or get taken away by a story.
Just keep your mind focused and paying attention to your body and your breath.
Descending deeper and deeper into relaxation.
Disengaging all your muscles.
Breathe into anywhere that's holding tension.
Directing the oxygen to this space.
Placing your hands on your belly.
Feeling the beautiful baby underneath your fingertips.
They may be sleeping,
They may be moving around.
Take a deep breath into the bottom of your belly.
Feel your side and back ribs all the way up to the collarbones.
Exhale away.
Visualizing your body nourishing your baby with so much oxygen from your deep breathing.
Giving your baby all of these beautiful calming relaxing hormones.
Helping their immune system,
Their nervous system,
Their digestive.
Creating beautiful growth in your baby and creating a relaxed calm baby.
Wherever you are at in your pregnancy,
Breathe in love and acceptance to what is.
Love and acceptance to your journey so far and your huge journey to still calm through birth and parenthood.
Writing the waves of this journey,
Accepting all the lows with the highs.
Accepting the difficulties with the eases.
Accepting the bad days and the good days.
