Taking some time to sit down,
Make yourself comfortable,
Feet on the floor,
Hands on your lap and closing down the eyes,
Allowing them to rest and relax,
And gently bringing your awareness to the breath,
The flow in and down and up and out.
In a moment,
I'm going to offer some affirmations.
Affirmations are short,
Positive statements made in the present tense that when you repeat them silently and privately to yourself,
They make a positive impact on the inner mind,
The part of you that knows the real you,
The part of you that knows just what to do and just how to do it.
So repeating after me,
