3 Tips You Need To Do Today To Lead With Feminine Energy

Hello, beautiful soul. A lot of women who come to me feel stuck and lost. They're trying to make decisions based on all the thoughts that are going in their head and that's not helpful. We have the answer within us, but we need to know how to access it. I have three very simple techniques that you can incorporate each day to tap your feminine energetic flow to get unstuck.

Hello,

Beautiful souls.

If you are having a hard time making decisions,

If you're feeling stuck,

If you're feeling overwhelmed,

If you're feeling hopeless,

If you are asking yourself,

Is this all there is to life,

Then you need to watch this video.

I'm going to share with you a few tips on how to make decisions,

How to tune into your feminine energy to make decisions that feel good and honor you.

So tip number one is to ask yourself,

Start begin to ask yourself how you feel,

How you how does your body feel?

And really be honest with yourself.

And I break the energy that we feel down in three ways.

The first way is it feels expansive,

Right?

It feels exciting.

So say for example,

Someone,

A girlfriend has asked you to go for coffee.

And this really excites you,

You feel really good.

It's a soul yes.

You want to do you will feel excited,

You will want to get off your chair and move,

You will want to get ready for this.

This is a soul yes in your body.

And ask yourself,

Where do you feel this in your body?

Maybe you feel it everywhere in your body.

Maybe it feels like your body is light.

So tune in to how that expansive feeling feels.

Then there is feeling constricted.

So if someone asked you to do something,

Or you have something you need to do,

And it you feel exhausted,

It feels draining.

Maybe it's hanging around certain people,

Maybe it's your job,

Your relationship,

Maybe it's something very small,

But pay attention to that energy of when it feels constrictive and tight.

Maybe your chest feels tight,

Maybe your shoulders and your body starts to physically draw itself into as a shield as a way of protecting itself.

Maybe you feel really,

Really tired and just want to sleep.

Pay attention to when that energy feels constrictive and tight.

And then there's the neutral energy.

This energy is you don't really feel anything.

It could be doing everyday tasks like brushing your teeth or taking a shower.

You it's just you're doing something.

And this energy neither feels really exciting or really constrictive.

It just is what it is.

So what I have my clients do and what I encourage people to do is to write down every day what you do.

So at the end of your day today,

Write down everything you do and draw an arrow.

So whatever you did,

Say you took a bath or you did a carpool today,

Or you went to work.

So draw an arrow.

So you're going to do an up arrow if this energy or this task felt really expansive,

Exciting.

You're going to do a down arrow if it felt constrictive,

Tight,

Overwhelming,

It made you tired.

And you're going to draw a neutral arrow if you if it was just okay,

You know,

You're just going about the motions.

It was neither of the two.

And the point of doing this exercise is to start to see what where you can add more up arrows.

At the end of the day,

We all want to feel a sense of freedom,

Expansion,

Peace,

Joy.

So we want to discover and find more clarity around your decisions and how can you make decisions that feel good to you.

But I invite you to try this exercise and do this for a week or longer and see where you can add more up arrows where you can add more down or where you can take away the down arrows.

Or maybe you ask for help or support with those arrows that you have to do that are down that you really don't want to do.

This is one tool that you can use to identify what feels good,

What feels good to you.

Because maybe you have been feeling just going about the motions for years.

And a lot of clients that come to me do just that they've gone through the motions for so many years.

And they're they don't even know where to start.

So this is a really good starting point to build that foundation,

The foundation of you to really discovering yourself using feminine energy,

Because feminine energy is really getting in out of our head and back into our body.

So that's where I'm encouraging you to live for a while to just be in your body and notice how things feel to you.

And you can take out your notebook or your journal and journal on,

You can journal on more details on this of,

You know,

Maybe you know why it felt constrictive to you or tight.

Maybe you can journal where you felt that in your body,

Or when something felt really expansive and free and light.

Maybe you can journal on that where you felt that in your body.

So the key here is is to to tune hone in on your body and our body is your guide,

Your body is your guide,

Your body is always guiding you home to it.

So it's really important that we pay attention to the messages and the divine wisdom that is coming from our bodies.
