Good morning.

It is a beautiful morning.

Isn't it?

A brand new day.

A brand new year.

A brand new year where you can be,

Do,

Have anything your heart desires.

You have all the answers within you right now.

So wherever you are,

We're going to ground down so we feel centered,

Ready to start the day.

Place both feet on your floor.

Roll your shoulders down and back.

And we're going to start at the top of our head and work our way down,

Relaxing every single muscle.

We're going to start with your eyes.

Sprain your awareness to your eyes.

And relax the muscles around your eyes.

And even though your eyes are closed,

Just notice what colors and shapes you see.

Notice what smells that you smell.

Relax your jaw.

Let your tongue just relax in your mouth.

Bring your awareness to your ears,

Relaxing all the muscles around your ears.

Pay attention to the sounds you hear up close and in the distance.

We're tuning in to the present moment.

Next,

Bring your awareness to your throat.

And repeat silently or out loud.

I speak kindness to myself and others.

It feels wonderful to express.

I speak my truth with confidence.

I am confident.

Take a nice deep inhale through your nose and exhale out of your mouth.

Bring your awareness to your ears.

And repeat.

And relax your awareness to your ears.

And repeat.

And repeat.

Bring your awareness to your chest,

Rolling your shoulders down and back,

Feeling the openness in your chest.

Bring your breath all the way down to the area in your pelvis between your hips,

Feeling your hips fully expand,

Bringing in so much space to this area.

We're opening up our root chakra,

The place where we feel safe,

Connected,

And also creative.

This is a place where we receive.

When we feel safe,

We can receive.

When we feel safe,

We can open ourselves to creativity.

And silently or out loud,

Repeat the mantra,

I am safe.

It is safe to be me.

I am safe and loved.

Bring your awareness to relaxing your legs,

Relaxing your arms.

It is going to be a beautiful,

Great day.

The day is waiting for me.

The day is ready for me.

I am ready.

I am open to receive whatever abundance is waiting for me.

Keep shining,

I believe in you.
