Mama.

Taking a slow,
Deep breath into the lungs.
Hold it gently at the top,
And as though you're blowing out through a straw,
Slowly exhaling out your mouth.
And again,
Another deep breath in,
Allowing the lungs to expand.
Hold gently for a couple seconds,
And as you exhale,
See if you can have your shoulders Just drop a little,
Let any tension release as you exhale.
And now allowing your breath to settle into its natural rhythm,
Letting your body know it's safe to soften and to land in this moment.
Bring your awareness gently inward now.
Notice what it feels like to meet yourself this morning.
Taking a slow scan of your body and your inner world,
Noticing any sensations,
Emotions and thoughts drifting in,
Just becoming aware of the different energies that are present with you.
Perhaps there's a narrator part replaying earlier moments,
Or a planning part leaning ahead into the day,
Or maybe a tired or overwhelmed part,
Or perhaps a hopeful,
Excited energy.
There's no right or wrong,
Just an open,
Loving awareness of whatever parts make themselves known to you right now.
You might imagine yourself sitting at the head of a table,
Or in a cozy circle formation.
Whatever feels right.
Invite each part to take a seat around you,
As you remain the steady,
Calm observer.
Zero judgment.
No pressure.
Just curiosity.
If you can greet each part with a gentle nod or soft inner bow,
Let them know you're here.
They don't have to be alone.
And let all the parts,
As they enter into your awareness and you bow,
Allowing them to settle,
Knowing there's room for each of them.
Now bring your attention to your heart,
To the space inside your chest,
And the subtle energies that surround it.
With each breath,
Imagine settling deeper into your own source,
Your inner well of warmth and clarity.
You might imagine a soft light at your heart,
A warm golden glow,
Or whatever color feels soothing and alive for you.
Rest here with a quiet question.
What is my intention for today?
What energy do I wish to bring to myself,
To my children,
To my family?
Maybe you long for calm,
Gentleness.
Maybe there's a part inside asking for care,
Grounding,
Comfort.
Maybe you want more connection,
Less rushing,
More space for joy and presence.
Let yourself feel the longings of your heart,
What matters most to you in this moment.
Gently invite that intention in.
Feel it grow stronger as you imagine this warm golden light emanating from your heart in alignment with this intention.
Feel your trust expanding,
Opening up even more now to guidance,
To clarity,
To inner wisdom.
Know and sense that you are held,
Even as you hold others.
Nothing to force,
Nothing to fix,
Just opening to the holding of your intention in your heart like a gentle golden star within you.
Now,
See yourself move through the day with this intention,
