So coming into a comfortable position,
Gently closing down your eyes and connecting to your breath.
Taking three deep breaths into the nose,

Letting it all out from your mouth.
Setting the intention to receive healing today.

Through divine grace,

Visualizing a white lotus flower at the center of your heart.
And emanating from this heart,
From this lotus flower.
It's a divine white golden light with pink flecks.
Visualizing and feeling this divine golden white light expanding wider and wider.
Until you are seated within your lotus flower of light.
Feeling this light,
Dissolving any anger,
Any negative energies.
Cleansing to purify your entire being,
Your entire aura.
All of the layers of your auric field,
Cleansed and purified here.
Feeling this light.
Filling you with unconditional love,
Joy,
And peace.
