Hello and welcome to your follicular face meditation.
The time at the beginning of your cycle,
So starting with the first day of your menstrual bleeding and all the way until your ovulation,
The time of renewal,
Growth and creative potential.
Allow yourself to settle into a comfortable position,
Either sitting or lying down,
And close your eyes,
If that feels comfortable,
And take a deep breath in,
Filling your chest and abdomen with fresh energy.
Hold your breath for a moment and then slowly exhale,
Letting go of any tension.
Now continue this pattern,
Feeling your breath becoming deeper and more natural.
You can imagine each inhale as a wave of new possibilities and each exhale as a gentle release of anything that's no longer needed.
And then bring your focus down to your feet and you can picture roots growing from the soles,
Reaching deep into the earth,
Grounding you and providing support.
Now bring your attention to your lower abdomen,
The center of creation within you,
And visualize a small radiant seed there,
Representing the potential for growth and new beginnings.
With each inhale,
See this seed sprouting,
Its energy expanding,
And filling your body with light.
Imagine it growing roots of its own,
Connecting with the earth and branches that reach upward,
Symbolizing your dreams and aspirations taking form.
Feel this energy expanding,
Filling your body with a fresh,
Vibrant light that awakens creativity and curiosity.
Allow yourself to feel excited about this new cycle,
Knowing that within you is the power to create,
Grow,
And change.
I would now invite you to silently repeat these affirmations.
I embrace new beginnings with joy and openness.
My creativity flows freely and effortlessly.
I am open to the growth and potential within me.
Now pause here for a while to sit in the feeling of potential,
Allowing any ideas or insights to arise naturally.
Trust that you have everything you need within you to bring your intentions to life.
Take a few more grounding breaths,
Bringing the awareness back to your body.
Gently stretch if you'd like.
And then slowly open your eyes,
Feeling inspired and ready to step into this new phase with joy.
