
Connecting To Your Social Field
In any moment of life, but especially in moments of difficulty, it is healing to feel connected with the people we love, feel accepted by and safe with. In this meditation I will guide you through this. We will also reconnect with the values we learned from our significant others and bathe in the feelings of love and connectedness this generates in our body. Finally we will look for an anchor, a word or image that arises from this felt sense. This is an anchor we can always return to in order to call upon this feeling of connectedness, any time in our life when we need it. As the meditation comes to an end, we send this loving feeling in a compassionate way to others who are in need of it. This is a very good exercise to do before going to sleep, because this feeling of love will keep on pervading you, all through the night and will have a healing and strengthening effect on you.
