As usual,
We start with taking a few deep breaths.
Breathe in through your nose,
And breathe out through your mouth.
One more time.
Breathe in through your nose,
And breathe out through your mouth.
And then,
While you're breathing in,
You may connect with the sun,
The moon,
Or the stars,
Whatever works for you,
What you feel most connected with.
So visualize that energy of that element,
And then visualize that you're taking this energy in.
Bring it to your crown chakra.
Let it enlighten all your cells,
And then breathe out all the negative energy,
Stress,
Worries,
Pain,
Fear,
Which you are carrying right now.
So one more time,
Make the connection with the universe around you,
With the sun,
The moon,
Or the stars,
Or maybe all of them.
Just take it in and let go again.
And one more time.
Breathe in,
Make the connection,
And breathe out again,
And let go.
And breathe in again,
Make the beautiful connection all around you.
Take it in through your crown chakra,
Enlighten all your cells,
And breathe out again.
And while doing this,
You can just keep breathing with your attention,
And then just think about cutting all the cords,
Which other people have plugged into you to sort of use your energy.
So just cut them all off,
Just visualize that you're doing that.
Let go of other people's energy.
It's like making yourself whole again,
Completely clean.
And you can even visualize that you're repairing the holes in your energetic field,
And making your field stronger.
And you can also visualize to put some roses in front of you,
Just a bouquet of flowers,
Roses in front of you,
On each side of you,
On the back side of you,
Below your feet,
And above your head.
And in this way,
You're also creating a kind of safe space for this meditation for yourself.
It's like this egg,
This shell around you that you are totally protected and safe within your own energy.
And in order to connect with the spirit world,
With the spirit guides,
It's always good to do this through your soul star chakra,
Which is a few inches above your crown chakra,
Above your head.
Yeah,
So it's not attached directly to your physical body.
But before doing that,
We first have to sort of go through all the other normal chakras to align them,
To prepare them for this download of energy.
So we start today with bringing your attention towards your crown chakra,
And you can visualize this as a beautiful white lotus flower.
And this lotus flower is opening up for the gateway,
The connection which you already just created with the universe.
And the crown chakra is also your gateway with the other worlds.
Your higher intuition,
The connection with the spirit world.
So just leave your attention there for a bit while the chakra is opening up and sort of being cleaned with the energy.
And then the energy goes on towards your third eye chakra,
Located in the middle of your head,
And perhaps you can visualize a beautiful purple flower there.
And the energy is flowing from the universe,
Or from the moon,
The stars,
Or the planets,
Whatever works for you through the crown chakra towards your third eye.
And this is the center of your intuition.
And we're really activating this one because you will receive the messages from your spirits through your intuition.
And your intuition is unique,
It works differently for everyone,
And if this is new to you,
You're about to learn more about how your intuition communicates with you.
And the more you meditate,
The more this expands,
Grows,
Becomes stronger.
And then the energy from the crown chakra goes through your third eye,
And then in a straight line from your third eye it goes inside your head towards the center of your brain.
And you can visualize to connect both brains,
Both sides,
In order to become even more imbalanced today.
You can do this in your own way.
And then the energy goes down in a straight line towards your throat chakra.
This is the chakra to be able to express yourself without any fear.
That's the most important element or characteristic of this chakra.
And if you feel a blockage right now,
It means that there is still some healing to be done to be able to express yourself,
Yeah,
Without fear,
Without worrying what other people think.
Just clean this chakra as well,
Give it some fresh energy.
And then we will go down.
There's a lot to do,
So I will go a bit quicker.
We go down towards your beautiful heart chakra,
Which may be closed because of pain,
Sadness,
Worry,
Fear,
And which we're going to activate.
We're going to open,
It's like opening your chest,
Letting go of some walls of protection you have created,
Because here is where your vibration is growing from,
Your radiation,
Your love,
Also very important,
Your self-love.
So it's all okay to just visit all these chakras and let the energy do the work.
Then we go down a little bit deeper towards the solar plexus chakra above your belly button.
And this is the chakra of your gut feeling.
If you choose yes with your mind,
But your body tells you something else,
It is this chakra which communicates with you,
Which knows that this is not the right decision for you.
So also let the energy go there.
Let's activate it,
Open it,
Clean it,
Align it.
Then we go a little bit lower below your belly button,
Deep down in your belly.
And there is the sacral chakra,
The chakra of where all your emotions come from,
Where they reside.
Also the chakra of enjoyment,
Of your creativity,
Also of sexual energy.
Just feel it deep down in your belly and let the energy also flow there.
Let's open it,
Also give it some healing,
Let's clean it.
And then we go even lower towards the root chakra.
This is the chakra of your well-being,
Of your safety,
Of housing,
Of your food.
Actually it's the chakra related to your basic needs.
And if anything is wrong in that department,
This is where this low back pain can come from.
So just also bring your attention there,
Maybe visualize a beautiful red rose on that area.
And this is how we have sort of aligned all the chakras in our etheric body,
Which is residing in our physical body.
And what you can do now is another time take some energy from above,
Breathe in,
And breathe all the way towards your root chakra,
And then breathe out and let go of all the negative energy.
So one more time,
Breathe in,
Connect with the universe,
Take it through the chakra root inside your body,
And let go of all the negative energy.
And one more time,
Breathe in,
All the way to the root chakra,
And breathe out again.
And now we're going to invite also the archangels,
Which will help us to prepare us into the right vibration,
To let us enter the right dimension in order also to communicate with the spirit world.
So if you focus on the east side of your body,
We will invite archangel Raphael,
And he carries the symbol the caduceus,
That is the symbol of the pharmacies.
So just think of this symbol,
And he brings emerald green energy towards our fields,
And he is guardian of the element air.
It is the spirits of the east,
The winds of the east.
We will also invite them,
And then we move on already towards the south part.
Just focus on the south part of your body right now,
And we will invite archangel Michael,
And he carries this sword,
And just visualize that he gives us a blessing on all sides of our body,
A kind of protection,
And he provides blue energy towards our fields.
It's also a kind of protection.
He is the guardian of the elements fire,
And the winds of the south.
And all you need to do is listen and feel all these angles of your body,
And just observe what's happening,
If you feel kind of tingling,
Energy,
Movements,
It can be anything.
Then we move towards the west,
And we invite archangel Gabriel,
And he carries a silver chalice,
A kind of cup,
And provides diamond-white energy towards our fields.
He is the guardian of the element water,
And we invite also the energy,
The winds of the west in our fields.
Then we move towards the north side of our body,
We focus on that area,
And we invite archangel Uriel,
And he carries a five-pointed star,
Just think of this symbol,
And then he will provide ruby-red energy towards our fields.
And he is the guardian of the element earth,
And we also invite the winds of the north to our area.
And then we are on the horizontal plane,
Totally surrounded by these beautiful strong energies.
And then we look up again,
We connect with the great spirit,
We invite archangel Metatrom,
And we already invite also other important spirits,
Maybe Mary Magdalena,
Maybe your ancestors,
They can also join.
And he is known for the Christ grid,
This geometric shape,
Which slowly comes down,
Enters the area where you are at right now.
It just comes down,
It enters your crown chakra,
Your third eye goes down,
Lower and lower towards your throat chakra,
And it ends around your heart center.
So we also invite the energy of Mary Magdalena,
And maybe ancestors who would like to join today and guide you.
Maybe you can feel again some changes in your auric fields.
And then we also connect with mother earth,
And we bring our hands towards the ground,
The floor,
The earth,
And we invite archangel Sandofan,
And he provides us the energy of the crystal lines which go through the entire earth.
And this energy from the crystal lines enters the chakras of our feet,
It goes up through our legs,
Towards the root chakra,
Sacred chakra,
Solar plexus,
And also meets the other energies in our heart.
And in our heart there is a kind of vortex which connects all the energies from all the archangels,
And you can sort of visualize to spread it all around inside your body,
And also you can just radiate it,
Let it go outside of your body,
Your physical body,
That area.
And this is still all just preparation,
But maybe you already feel that the energy around you has become a little bit different.
And then we go to our crown chakra and you can visualize a golden thread or a cord which goes up a few inches above your head,
And you can just do this based on your feeling,
You can never do it wrong,
And connect to your soul star chakra.
And this chakra is our gateway to the spirit worlds,
But also to all of you,
To each other.
So sort of make this connection and let some of this energy from the soul star chakra also move down towards your crown chakra.
And we already created this line,
This connection between the other chakras in your body,
So it will just flow throughout your body towards the root chakra.
This will increase our vibration,
It will change our cell structure a little bit so that we become more transparent.
Just feel what's happening inside your body,
With all your cells.
The more transparent you are,
The easier you can make the connection in a moment.
And what we can do in order to help each other,
And also the people who haven't meditated me yet,
Is to,
From the soul star chakra,
We are all interconnected.
So all you have to do is visualize,
I see some kind of helicopter above my head,
Which reaches out,
The energy from this kind of,
Yeah,
These wings which go around,
And makes a connection with the energy from your soul star chakras.
And let's sort of interconnect through our soul star chakras with each other.
And increase our vibration.
Maybe you can feel all kinds of possessions through your chakras right now.
It's like you're completely being charged with energy,
And just surrender,
Don't fight it.
This is how we can connect with each other,
How we can support each other in order to make a beautiful connection with our own spirit guides in a moment.
So what you can do now is the following,
For those for whom this is new,
All of us have spirit guides.
You have one,
Or multiple.
And all you need to do is call them,
Invite them to take part in your journey in life,
And ask for their help.
This is a sort of golden rule that you have to do.
They don't help you if you don't ask for it.
But the first step is the following.
You can just keep lying down or sitting,
And just invite your spirit guides in your own words and just say,
Will you,
My spirit guide or guides,
Make yourself known to me in any form,
In any way.
And then after you have said this,
Just keep very quiet and just observe in your auric fields what is happening.
So I will be quiet so that you can do this for yourself.
Just notice what is happening.
Your intuition communicates in many forms.
It can be a flickering light,
It can be a breeze,
It can be a word,
It can be a feeling,
It can be a sound,
It can be anything.
And of course if you are more familiar with this,
You might see faces,
You might see an entity,
It can be anything.
Feel how the energy is becoming even stronger.
It can also be that you see an ancestor or another deceased loved one who decided to join you as your spirit guide in this life.
And if you want,
You can also ask a question and just observe if there is any question which comes forward from your heart,
Something you would like to know,
To understand about your life.

Where I'm sitting with my own spirit guides.
Being in peace with each other.
And perhaps you have a similar kind of setting.
It can also be very different.
They have made their decision to choose you in this life to be with you.
And you have chosen to come into this life to learn some valuable lessons.
And they're here to guide you to learn these lessons in this life.
So they are really here to help you.
And I know it sounds strange for many people who have not much knowledge of this.
It's like inviting your invisible friends.
But it's really like that.
And just feel what the energy is doing.
It's just filling it with games.
I also feel or see something with ancestors,
So it might also be that your ancestors are really present there today and maybe they have a message for you or maybe they are willing to receive some pain or fear or other things which you are carrying for them and which is no longer necessary and you are able to return it to them.
Something you want to break,
Like in the cycle which has been giving generation after generation to the next generation every time,
Which you would like to stop and return to them and say it ends here.
Maybe something which prevents you from being totally creative,
Some conditioning from which you want to break free.
Feel that inside your body now from what you want to break free,
Which you no longer want to carry so that you can fulfill your soul's purpose here in this life.
And also go back to the connection we have made with each other.
All of us are located somewhere else in the world and yet we are still connected.
And also this connection which enhances our vibration,
Which is always good to spread love,
To spread the positivism.
The higher your vibration,
The more light you shine upon anything,
Everybody you meet.
So now you are really in the dimension of the spirit world.
And I'll say it again,
You can always call for them,
It's only a matter of doing it.
And just feel again what all the energy is doing inside your body.
And I'll say it again,
You can always call for them.
Let the energy do its work.
