It's so often that people forget where home is.
And it's always hard for people to kind of reconnect with a sense of actually feeling safe within their home.
So allow yourself to recognize one cosmic truth that your body is your first and primary home.
Every cell harbors your soul.
Every organ harbors your spirit.
Your consciousness in this physical vehicle is fully manifested.
Because your home is the internal self first.
Relax into any tension in the body.
And notice how you're starting to activate.
Notice the energy shifting.
You're shifting because your body is aware.
Your body is aware because you've already shifted and you've already shifted.
Because this moment is actually in the past,
Even if it feels like it's happening right now.
Everything is in a state of superposition.
You're shifting from an old sense of self into a new one.
From a sense of self that didn't call your body home into a sense of self.
That home is the body.
Breathe out anything negative.
It doesn't matter if it's a mental,
Emotional,
Physical or spiritual.
And sometimes you just feel tension and you're not sure why it's there.
So you just breathe it out.
Every cell in your body wants you to feel at home.
Every cell in your body wants you to feel at home.
Relax into that intention that every cell in your body wants you to feel whole.
And as you start feeling any shift in the body,
Just feel grateful to the body and for the body.
To the fact that your body wants you to feel at home.

When people feel disconnected from the body,
They generate disease.

And when you walk into this state of disease,
Chaos starts to unfold.
As chaos unfolds,
It'll start defaulting into more of where your focus is.
And there's only one place where that energy can be stored in your home is your body.
The way that every cell sees itself feels about itself is completely dependent on you,
Your consciousness,
Your perception.
And you're here now.
You're here in this moment.
Just relax into anything that happens next.
Relax into the tingling that you're feeling.
Trust that your body's just expanding.
Become friends with your body again.
Your body is your home.
The way you look at your home is a direct reflection of yourself.
The way you treat your home is a direct reflection of yourself.
Taking a deep breath in and out.
Stay in this state for as long as you can.
Keep talking to your body.
