Welcome to the healing room. I'm Ariel Hardy. Today I'm going to talk about clearing your house. So a lot of people will call me and ask me to clear their homes for them. And I do this long distance because I used to go in person to the house and it's just too crazy. I mean, I'd turn around and especially houses in West Virginia and there'd be the ghost of a dead man hanging from a tree and behind me and then I'd open a closet. There'd be somebody dead in the closet, Like not literally, But spirits just hanging out. One time I headed down the steps of this farmhouse and went to the front door and I opened the door and this little girl came running down the steps and out the door and I was like, Okay, Get me out of this circus. So I now clear from a distance. So I'll just sit in a chair with a table and a big stack of paper and pens. And I just have the person who lives in the house who's calling me go from room to room to room. So I like to have them start at the front door and then we just kind of work our way around the house and clear as we go and I clear on paper the same way I do on the long distance healings. For example, If you go to my radio show, Energetically Speaking, And you go to the one called Exploring Energy Work, You can hear me doing healings over the phone to the callers who are calling into the show and I'm using pen on paper to do that. So today what we're going to do is not have you go through each room with me on the phone or not have you take pen to paper and clear each room as if you're clearing it on the paper. Instead, I'm just going to have you pray with me, Visualize with me. We're going to move some energy and I'm just going to have you kind of dominate your own home. Like this is your house, Even if other people live in it, I want you to own the house. So I'm using my breath to move the energy to get it to circulate through us, Through our shoulders. Go ahead and rotate your shoulders backwards, Round and round, Back, Forward, Back, Forward, Using your breath to loosen up your spine so your spine is kind of like a snake. You can rotate your shoulders, The left one and then the right one. You can alternate. Just kind of learn to let the energy move you. So once we've loosened up and we've got the energy flowing through us, Then we can start taking over the home. So we ask that nothing is blocking the flow of light through us. No tight muscles, No blocked energy. We ask that we are pure open conduits of the light. All the way down through your hips, Your feet, Into the ground. I'm using my breath to move that energy all the way through into the ground. Open up your chest. Open up your upper back. You can do this by stretching and breathing. So I'm sitting in a chair and I'm kind of arching back and then forward, Like caving in my chest and then opening up my chest, Pulling my shoulders back. I'm also kind of moving as if I'm a wave of energy, Like there's a wave moving through me. So my pelvis, For example, Is kind of tilting forward and then back. So my belly kind of goes forward and then it sinks in and goes back and my back gets rounded and I'm just sitting in a chair. My hands are on my legs over my knees and then I move them. It's kind of like my hands are smoothing out my pants over my knees. So I'm kind of like letting my hand glide forward, Down over my knee, And then back up. And this is just happening. So those of you who are already in tune with letting energy move you, You know what I mean. But those of you who are like, Wait, I'm supposed to move my hand forward and then back and then what? Smooth my pants legs? So just basically you're just going to move as if you are made of water and the energy is kind of moving you or wind is kind of moving you or water is kind of undulating or moving, Swaying within you and it's causing your muscles to just respond. You don't want to kind of jerk and move with strength and muscle. You want to just let the energy move you as if water is pushing on your back or your shoulders. Kind of like a mermaid in water or seaweed floating in water. This is how I meditate. This is how I get out of the way to let the light come through me, To use me to get to you, To get to your homes, To get to an animal, Whatever it is I'm focused on. My focus is the only thing I'm in control of. It's like I have this intention to clear a home. We're going to clear our homes. But how that happens, I really don't know. All I know is to start with, I'm getting out of the way. I'm making sure I am fluid. I'm making sure I am just light. So I'm moving my neck side to side. I'm just kind of letting it sway. My head kind of floating left, Right, Slowly as if I'm in the water, As if the air around us is made of liquid light. Okay. So now that we're out of the way and energy's flowing through us all the way to the ground, We ask that our homes are cleared. We ask the angels to fill our homes, To move in. And I don't mean just an angel here and there. I mean a crowd of angels. Have them move into our homes, Bright yellow light beings of light. We ask these angels to move through every corner of our home and just clean it for us. So when I say clean it, I don't mean pick up things and sweep and vacuum. However, You'll probably want to do that after this because whenever the energy's nice and clean in a home, We match it. We just naturally start cleaning and matching it. So for example, When I used to clean my home when the kids were little, They would actually start cleaning the house, Especially my youngest daughter. She would just run around and start cleaning the whole house. And it's because we feel energy and we respond to it, Whether we know what's happening or not, Whether we know why we're doing what we're doing or not, We respond to it. So what the angels are doing is they are going through the grids. So think of it as there's a big spider web of light in your home. There are rings of light that go around the walls and then they spiral into the middle of the room. There are threads of light that go from the center out to the walls like spokes to a wheel. And we kind of built those. That's our energy. For example, One time I moved out of an office and I went into the room to sit and pray and give thanks for everything that had happened in that healing room before I left it. But when I sat down, What happened is the angels started detaching the spider web, The energy network in the room. And as they detach one corner, The whole spider web, The whole system of light began coming down and they started going around the room and taking the whole thing down in a spiral until they got all the way back around to where they started. And then I stood up and started packing quickly. It was like, Okay, Here we go. They've removed my energy from this room. Next, It's time to go build new energy in a new place. We give thanks for our angels cleaning up the grids in our home, Reorganizing the grids or the spider web or the network in our home of lines of light. We ask that they make it crystal clear. We ask that every room feels fantastic, Feels fresh, Feels happy, Feels uplifting to be in. We ask that any areas of our home that are clogged up or congested or cleared out, We ask that rooms like our office or where we pay our bills or where we have stressful phone conversations, We ask that the energy in those rooms is cleared out, Is lifted and brightened as if we've opened the windows. So one way you can physically help clear your house is put flowers in rooms and open the windows or open the blinds. You can also spray water with your favorite smell in it like an essential oil in it. To me, It doesn't matter what kind. People will try to sell you different kinds telling you that clears the room, But really I just think whatever smell you like is good enough. That clears the room. You can just put like 10 drops in a little water bottle, A spray bottle. Don't worry about whether the spray bottle's pretty or made for spraying. Just look for something that sprays well. You know those bottles that you spray produce with to get the pesticides off the produce? We have those here in the US anyway. Those things spray really well. You want something that's going to make a mist into the air. Another thing you can do to clear a room in your house is to turn on beautiful music that you love. It can be anything. It doesn't matter. It doesn't have to be a certain type of like chakra music or Tibetan singing bowls. It can be whatever you like because basically when you're playing music in a room that you love, The angels show up. They feel your happiness because you're responding to the music. They show up. You can just leave it in the room and leave the house. Another thing is whenever I clear a house, I like to get out of it. I'll go for a walk. It doesn't have to be long. You can just go 20 minutes. You can go to the grocery store. You can run an errand. You can go pick up your kids from school. Whatever you can figure out to do that's quick and easy to just get out of the house after you clear it because you kind of want to get out of the way as everything falls into place. For example, If we're going to cause a big upheaval in your home and get rid of all the stuck energy in your office or your bedroom, For example, You want to kind of get out of the way as that energy is being dispersed. We ask that our homes are grounded. No spaciness. We don't get into them and feel lost like we have five million things to do and we don't know where to start. We want it to be nice and clear and simple feeling so that when we walk into our home, We walk into a room, We just automatically get started. We just know how to get it clean and enjoy it all at the same time. Keep our minds clear. Feel happiness. We ask that our homes are grounded. The floor is clear and clean energetically. There is a root system below our floor, Below the foundation into the ground that just keeps the home calm. We ask that rings of light generate out from us and these rings can look like hula hoops or lassos made of kind of glowing light. It can be phosphorescent or you know how here in the US kids will wear those glowing neon looking bracelets at night like that, Like the glow sticks. You want to imagine that there are rings of these just being thrown around the room. They don't have to be that bright. Sometimes they are. They can be fainter. They can be light. They can be white light, Yellow light, Whatever color comes to you. As long as it's not black or brown because those are the vibrations that are lacking the high frequencies. These rings of light are just cleaning and shifting the energy in every single room. Imagine your kids' rooms or a room that has bedding on it like blankets. Imagine you just go and you pick up the blankets and you throw them up into the air and let them land again on the bed. Like you know how you fix a bed and you hold on to one end of the blanket. You lift it into the air. It makes a wave and then it lands. It makes wind and then it lands over the bed. Imagine doing that on each bed in the house so that you kind of create an energetic wave over that bed, Flushing out any bad dreams someone had, Any worries someone had in the middle of the night. Setting the beds to be this beautiful healing cocoon for everyone. Like it's a little hammock or a canoe that people can just kind of rest in as if you are a fairy and you're going to climb into a huge leaf and fall asleep in it, Wrapped in it like a cocoon. Like layers of protection and healing over you. So now imagine that your spirit guides or you are weaving almost like decorating for Christmas or a holiday. Where you're weaving these like threads of light that look kind of like spiderwebs like over your bed like a tent or a canopy. And that's the healing system you're going to sleep inside of. So that when you wake up you're rejuvenated and fresh. Okay now imagine that you've got this vortex of energy. It reminds me kind of like the street sweepers here in the US that go down the streets and have these spinning brushes and they brush the road and the sides of the road. I want you to imagine you have vortexes like that that are just spinning along your house like along the hallways, Into the bathrooms, Closets, The basement. Imagine there's a vortex in the basement like a big old drain, Like a water drain. And you're just going to flush like a handle, Like a toilet handle. And all the negative energy in the whole house is just going to be sucked down that vortex. And now seal it. Imagine the vortex closes and you have this shiny floor in your basement. Almost like it's made of glass. Or ice. Like slick ice. So that it's just beautiful and pristine. You could ice skate in your basement. I can hear all the men listening to this but then my pipes would freeze. Sorry. It's just a visualization. Have fun with your visualizations. Try to just let your mind go wild. Kind of like little kids when they're playing. You know, You can't play with a kid if you're going to sit there the whole time and go, Well, Wait, That won't work because then this would have happened. You just got to fly with that child. You just got to soar. Okay, So the angels know what we're talking about. They know what we want. They know what we mean. Visualizations are like prayers in picture form. So you can pray to your guides and angels through prayer, Actions. You know, You're cleaning your house. You give them the message that you are wanting it to be nice. You're wanting it to be a nice space to be in. Okay, Now we're going to kind of imagine that we lift the roof off of your house a few feet and let the light come pouring in up under the eaves, Up under the rooftop, And pour down into your home like rain, Like yellow rain. We bring in happiness. We bring in joy. We ask the spirit guides, The angels, To fill your homes with love, Prosperity, And health. Okay, When every corner of your home is being filled with this blast of light, Imagine the light is shining out of your windows. If someone was outside in the snow, In the dark, Looking at your house, They'd be like, Wow, I don't know what it is, But that house feels so magical. Look at all the light coming from the windows. We ask that there are spirit guides like bodyguards surrounding your home to protect it from any outside forces. We ask that your home feels safe, That you are protected within it, That your home is God-filled. We ask for the presence of God to fill your home, The presence of peace to fill your home.
