Taking time out for your meditation practice aimed at sparking positivity.
Find a comfortable posture,
Sitting or laying down,
Whatever you need to be fully at ease.
And take a moment here,
I'm sure you have a very busy day ahead of you.
Before it kicks off,
Give yourself permission for a few more moments of stillness now.
Start connecting with your breath,
Feeling into the fluctuations in your belly and the movement in your chest.
With your lips sealed,
Activate a mindful and nourishing but also a soft and gentle breathing.
You're about to begin another beautiful day.
Whatever comes your way,
You'll have the opportunity to learn,
To grow and to reflect.
All of these are beautiful gifts.
I'd like to invite you to join me in invoking the following 3 affirmations that will help you build a positive mindset ahead of this day.
