Welcome to Magnetic Heart Meditation.

This meditation will allow you to deeply connect with your heart and bring yourself into harmony,

Allowing yourself to manifest harmonious relationships within and without.

So take your time to find a comfortable position for the next 15 minutes,

Where you can feel safe and undisturbed,

Where you can be with yourself,

Fully present.

And take a few moments,

Take a few breaths,

Take a deep breath in and let it go.

Notice your body and if you feel any tension in your body,

Feel free to shake it out,

Release it.

Maybe even hold your breath for as long as you like.

And whenever ready,

Release and let go,

To go deeper into relaxation,

Deeper into acceptance of present moment.

And as you observe your breath coming in,

Into your nostrils,

Into your lungs,

Into your belly,

And letting it go,

Feel it releasing on its own,

Out to your nostrils,

Belly and chest.

Notice how you relax more and more with each breath.

And feel free to put your hands on your heart to really feel your heart beating in your chest.

Feel the warmth in your heart.

Just be present to just your heart and your breath.

And if your mind feels wandering around with thoughts,

Ideas,

Keep catching it and bring it either to your breath or to your heart.

And more you catch your mind drifting off,

Stronger you become and more calmer and more peaceful you become at bringing it back to the present moment.

Each time you remember your heart,

Your heart connection grows stronger.

Remember you're here and just by being here,

You become more present and more in tune with your heart.

And just allowing yourself to feel,

Feel your body,

Feel your breath,

Brings you more into present moment.

And ask yourself,

What can I be grateful for?

What can I appreciate?

And allow answers to come.

As you keep observing your mind,

Your body,

Your heart.

And in a moment,

My voice will fade into silence and it will be just you and your heart.
