Explore MeditationAutumn is a yoga teacher, dietitian, and mindfulness practitioner who has used meditation and yoga to address anxiety and learn to live from desire rather than fear. She has seven years of experience teaching yoga and mindfulness, and her spirituality practices have made so much possible for her that she never dreamed she would be able to accomplish. A year ago, Autumn and her partner Sam left their home in Brooklyn, New York to travel. They are currently living in rural Wyoming - hiking, country swing dancing, teaching, and being astonished - while they find the next place to put down roots. In addition to her vinyasa yoga teacher training and registered dietitian credential, Autumn holds her masters degree in Nutrition & Exercise Physiology from Teachers College, Columbia University, her Reiki 1 certification, additional training in yin yoga and yoga anatomy, and a newfound love of strength training.
