Many blessings and welcome to this beautiful session on the spiritual breath.
This is a really beautiful and easy practice that is also extremely effective and you can practice it anytime.
This practice has the capacity to allow you to become completely relaxed.
It can allow you to heal your body and it also provides spiritual healing,
Spiritual purification.
When we really practice this on the deepest level,
We are not only feeling good in the moment but we're also clearing out the blocks and the past karmic accounts and all that negativity that is stuck within us.
Anything that is holding us back on a deeper level,
Any of those guilt and shame and unexplained strange things that we old souls tend to have.
When we have the spiritual breath,
When we have that remembrance,
That spiritual power,
That all gets cleaned out,
It's like getting your bank account debt cleared off.
So this is a number of benefits,
Extremely powerful practice and this is really important because as we know,
We talk about this every time we do these calls,
That we are spiritual beings,
We're beings of infinite light and we have come from our spiritual home,
Descended all the way down here on the wings of light,
Come into this human body and we are now in the world.
So welcome,
Welcome,
Welcome to this beautiful planet,
Spiritual beings having a human experience.
We have this ongoing breath.
As long as you're alive,
You will breathe and when you stop breathing,
Your body will die.
So the breath is absolutely fundamental.
We can live 40 days or more,
A lot of people live even longer than that without any food,
We can go two,
Three or four days depending on the person without any water but we can only go minutes at the most without the breath.
So the breath is the number one thing,
The number one nutrient that we need and what we're doing in this practice is we're combining this wonderful thing that is the breath with receiving spiritual energy at the same time.
So we're doing two things at once and then we're also going to add a mantra so that this becomes very tangible.
By the way the reason I started practicing this is because I've been studying meditation for many years and I've noticed myself and maybe you've noticed this,
That the mind has a tendency to wonder.
Have you noticed that?
The mind,
Off it goes,
You sit there for meditation trying to focus on something and next thing you know the mind is off thinking about this and thinking about that and over here and over there and I heard this expression once,
Multi-millions at every breath.
You can attain multi-millions of spiritual power,
Spiritual fortune with every breath and when I heard that statement it made me really appreciate the value of each breath we have.
But if we are conscious of our breath,
Just take a nice deep breath now,
Gentle deep breath and let it out.
If we become conscious of our breath then we can bring our attention and our mind and everything that we need to focus all into one place and we can then master our awareness,
Focus on what we want,
Receive spiritual power so all of the things that we can benefit from in meditation can happen easily when we bring it all together.
So it calms the mind,
It calms the body,
Provides spiritual power and we receive multi-millions of spiritual fortune which is the real fortune.
This is really important to understand as you do this practice that you know the world there's all this money being printed by governments and there's all these people wanting to make money and you know we use money and I like money and there's nothing wrong with money but what is the point of money?
Like if someone was to give you multi-millions today physically in your bank account and they pressed a button and it showed up in your account.
If you got multi-millions today maybe you already have multi-millions,
Maybe you got more multi-millions right?
What would be the benefit of having more money?
You could buy things,
You could do things and what is the point of all those purchases?
If you had millions of dollars,
Millions of pounds,
Millions of whatever it is currency you have euros,
Rupees or whatever,
Whatever you have if you had millions and millions millions you'd be able to buy things and do things and what's the point of that?
It's to feel better.
This is the thing that hardly anyone really thinks about.
What is the point of money ultimately when you go through the process?
It's to help us have a better experience of life.
But if someone has multi-millions which there are many many multi-millionaires in the world,
They have multi-millions and they're not happy or they're not healthy then has it really made their life better?
Some people would be quite happy to give up all their multi-millions to have health and joy.
So we can have all of them,
We can be wealthy physically,
Spiritually,
Mentally,
Emotionally,
We can have everything health,
Wealth,
Happiness and the spiritual breath is having the feeling,
The feeling of attainment,
The feeling of having achieved everything,
The feeling of fullness,
That feeling of being rich in yourself.
And the wonderful thing about spiritual wealth is that it can't be taken away.
If the banks collapse or if there's a crisis or if money gets spent,
This wealth inside of ourselves,
The feeling cannot be pulled out.
It can't be destroyed because it's a spiritual non-physical experience.
So all this is possible from the spiritual breath.
So let's take a little practice.
You ready to jump into this?
So to begin with we're just going to focus on the physical breath and then we'll add the other elements to the practice.
What we're going to do is breathe through the nose.
Now if your nose is not cleared you might need to blow your nose,
You might need to go and get a tissue or something.
Nose is for breathing,
Mouth is for eating.
When we breathe through our nose it gets nitrogen oxide,
It gets purified,
It goes in this spiral,
Circular spiral process and it goes into the lungs,
It speeds up and slows down.
It is designed,
Our body is designed to have the air go through and come into our lungs in that way.
So let's start off by breathing very gently through your nose and out through your nose.
And as you breathe,
Aim to slow it down.
Slow breath,
Very slow,
Not breathing too much,
Not these huge breaths,
Just very slowly breathing through your nose and then naturally allow the lungs to exhale by themselves.
So it's like a balloon,
When you breathe in you're inflating the balloon and when you breathe out it's just like letting go of the balloon and letting the air come out by itself.
You're not having to push it out,
It just naturally falls out on its own because it's natural.
So very slowly breathe in and then let it just gently flow out by itself.
I'm just noticing the air coming through the nose,
Just witnessing the breath,
Becoming aware of this practice.
Very very slowly breathing in.
Breathing into your abdomen,
To your belly,
You can put your hand on your belly and you can just feel the breath coming into there,
So it's not the chest breath,
It's going all the way down,
Very slowly.
And as you breathe out,
Once you exhale just hold the breath for a moment so that you have a pause between the breaths.
This is very healthy,
There's lots of studies about this,
That many people breathe too much ironically,
We always hear about under breathing but actually most people are over breathing and it's causing a lot of health issues.
So when you breathe out and you create that space,
That pause,
Before you breathe back in,
You are giving yourself an opportunity to reset your breath so that when you do breathe in you can absorb the oxygen much more effectively and you will also find yourself feeling more relaxed.
So let's just keep practicing that for a moment.
Very slow,
Calm breaths.
Relax.
So this is a natural breath and just keep allowing this to continue.

You you Just filling up as if you breathe and just being pulled into that light filling up with that light That piece that bliss and power And imagine that light flooding through your whole body every cell is being charged with sparkling light sparkling light And it just Gently radiates throughout your whole body tingling sparkling shining out all around you melting everything Holding the breath and then just another natural in breath Just filling up very slowly and letting it shine letting it shine you you And each in breath just really feel like you're receiving multi millions you're receiving Genuine spiritual fortune more and more and more wealth coming into your soul into your being Filling up with the feelings of richness fullness And allowing that to flow through your whole body filling you all the way up so you're completely satisfied and Content that you've attained everything And Now let's add a thought just to ground this in so as you breathe in you can just think infinite light And feel that light filling you up And as you breathe out you can think infinite peace or infinite bliss Whatever you like to feel So infinite light as you breathe in Spiritually filling up physically filling up with the breath And infinite peace as you breathe out just keeping the concentration very easily So that you just stay with this one beautiful Spiritual breath deeper and deeper infinite light And from that piece infinite light infinite peace you you you you you And you can just continue doing this if you want to change any words that you use You're welcome to do that We're just using the words infinite light Infinite peace infinite bliss just to ground in the awareness So you can feel that light shining in through you And shining it out and imagine you have a beautiful aura you do have an aura or of light all around you And as you breathe out you're shining out through your body through your aura out into the world Creating a beautiful vibration all around you like a circle of light like an aura of light And you can feel the light shining through you like a circle of light And imagine the hand of blessings Divine hand of blessings is on you spiritual comfort spiritual protection spiritual success that you are blessed may you be healthy May you be wealthy May you have a long life May you be happy Just feeling that may you have beautiful relationships And as you breathe in this spiritual breath just allow your body to be healthy spiritual breath just allowing yourself to receive the spiritual vibrations of complete attainment But whatever you need whatever you want is being fulfilled being filled in your being through the spiritual breath You You You You And you can continue to practice this Whenever you like This is such a powerful practice the more you do it the more you get pulled into that energy very easily And The longer you do it for the more powerful it gets as well You know I've been practicing different meditation methods for years and years when I go out for meditation out in nature I normally just practice some version of the spiritual breath And what I've noticed is that as time goes on It really brings a profound feeling of flying like flying beyond completely liberated There's no worries.
No pain.
No concerns Coming back to our original stage original state of consciousness So you can do this in between activities Let's say that you're working on a project on your computer When you come to a natural completion of some task You can close the laptop rather than going on social media or something.
Just stop for a moment And just practice the spiritual breath just for a minute just for one minute and you'll feel refreshed The feelings that we want.
What do we want to feel?
We want to feel peace.
We want to feel bliss We want to feel relaxed So we much much much better off getting the real nourishment Than all these things that don't really lead us to a feeling of fullness Later on.
The world is full of all sorts of little funny distractions,
But they don't actually give us That nourishment that we're really looking for So in between things you can just stop for a moment and get that spiritual breath You can practice in the morning when you wake up for your meditation Practice it while you're walking around if you're going to walk Practice it while you're going to sleep so that then you're going to have beautiful rest deep deep sleep Very restful refreshing sleep And we're always breathing anyway So you can just notice the breath generally speaking throughout the day And like we said before there's different levels to this there's the physical breath So if you find yourself breathing through your mouth and just close your mouth breathe through your nose Take long gentle breaths when we breathe slowly It actually helps our whole body relax it activates the parasympathetic nervous system the relaxed state of physical presence So just gently slowly breathing through your nose In and of itself is healing and then you bring in the breath through your nose Healing and then you bring in the spiritual vibrations and you're getting spiritually purified and healed And you'll start noticing everything just feels just that little bit more Little bit more joyful a little bit more peaceful a little bit easier And the power the intensity of the feelings will increase as you do it more regularly and as you extend the time that you spend doing it So if you spend a little bit every day it starts to add up and then as you spend 20 30 40 50 minutes doing it on purpose You'll find that that really grounds it in So this is just a very quick introduction to the spiritual breath Thank you so much for being here and for your beautiful presence and I wish you all success in this practice Try it out are you willing just to try it out for a week just try it out see what happens see what happens see how you feel Try it out for yourself much love It's been such a beautiful topic today thank you for listening think of one person who needs this and share it with them If you have questions for us please go to the website shareyourquestion.
