This is an affirmations practice for softening into possibility.
For meeting what is,
And gently opening to what could be.
An invitation to slowly expand your inner horizon,
In a way that feels grounded,
Steady and safe.
Take a moment now to settle,
Allow your body to arrive exactly where you are.
Take a slow breath in through your nose,
And a long exhale through the mouth.
Notice the weight of your body being held.
Notice your breath moving in and out.
And,
As you listen to these words,
Let them land softly,
Like possibilities,
Not demands.
Simply remain curious,
Open,
And gentle with whatever arises.
You may repeat these affirmations silently or out loud.
So,
When you're ready,
Let's begin.
I am open to letting today be exactly as it is.
I am open to not fixing anything right now.
I am open to my body softening in its own time.
I am open to moments of ease,
Even brief ones.
I am open to feeling supported in small and big ways.
I am open to safety arriving gradually.
I am open to the possibility that life can be kind to me.
I am open to being met with gentleness and compassion.
I am open to goodness showing up unexpectedly.
I am open to being held by something larger than effort.
I am open to a future that unfolds slowly and naturally.
I am open to discovering new ways of living that feel more aligned.
I am open to building a life that feels nourishing and true.
And as this practice comes to a close,
Take a moment to notice how you feel,
Without judging,
Without analyzing,
Just noticing.
Notice your breath,
Your body,
The space around you.
Take another deep breath in through your nose,
And a long exhale through your mouth.
Carry this sense of possibility with you,
Allowing life to unfold one moment at a time.
