Hello beautiful soul,
My name is Viktor Kovishko and today I am going to be guiding you into a beautiful meditative place reminding you that you are exactly where you are supposed to be and you are divinely loved,
Protected,
And guided always.
I invite you to find a comfortable position either sitting up with your spine straight or comfortably lying down with your arms at your side or one hand placed over your heart center and the other hand placed over your abdomen.
And as you find this comfortable spot,
Begin to find the rhythm of your breath.
As you inhale through your nose,
Fill up your belly,
Your chest,
And your head and release that air,
That heat back out into the room,
Out your nose,
Out of your body.
And as you start to form this nice rhythmic relationship with your breath here,
Allow anything that is not serving you,
Anything that is trying to take you away from this experience,
To wash away and to release out of your nervous system with every out breath and every exhalation.
Nice deep inhale in through your nose,
Filling up your belly,
Your chest,
And your head,
And nice releasing exhale out your nose,
Releasing that heat out.
You are a divine multidimensional being.
You are the sole creator of your life and your reality.
Every word,
Every thought,
Every thing that you bring to fruition with your own being shapes the reality in front of you.
No one blinked your eyes open for you at the start of your day today.
And that makes you the sole creator of your life.
You are the driver sitting in the driver's seat of your existence.
You have control of what you put out into this world and how you respond to everything around you.
You were born with the victory inside of you that you feel right now with your breath.
You were born successful.
You were born victorious.
That energy has always been within you.
You are of God and of this beautiful cosmic universe.
And because of that,
You have the power in shaping the reality before you.
Use your breath to allow yourself to surrender deeply here and let go of any worries,
Let go of any anxieties,
Let go of any blockages,
Let go of anything holding you back in your own life.
You have the answer within you.
You have been here before and you know what to do.
And although you are divinely guided,
Divinely protected,
You have the control of this life in shaping everything in front of you.
All your dreams,
Aspirations,
Goals are all within reach because they are already here and you have all the tools at your fingertips for making them a reality.
You know what to do because you've been here before.
Trust yourself.
Believe in yourself.
Feel this power circulating within your body now.
With every inhalation,
Feel a beautiful cleansing light fill your system and cleanse you from any worries,
Any doubts.
With every exhale,
With every out-breath,
Release anything not serving you back out into the ether.
You are full of love.
You are full of wisdom.
You are full of bigger knowings than you could ever imagine.
The answer you seek is within you now.
And as you journey deep into this internal space within you,
Know that your guides,
Your angels,
Your ancestors,
The past versions of yourself,
And so many other beautiful beings are waiting for you within you.
Reaching their arms out,
Reaching their wings out,
Holding you,
Protecting you,
Guiding you to deeper wisdom,
To deeper clarity,
To deeper knowing.
You,
My love,
Are a divine being.
You are a divine,
Beautiful energy in human form.
You are so loved.
You are so protected.
You are here.
You exist in this reality to live for yourself and no one else.
You do not create for external validation.
You create because it ignites you.
You create because it ignites your passion.
It ignites your soul.
You create for you,
For yourself,
First and foremost.
When you radiate that beautiful creation,
That beautiful light,
You attract all that is meant for you in this energetic world.
So,
Show yourself compassion here and give yourself grace and patience.
Understand that you are not alone in facing obstacles.
You are not alone in facing difficult times and overcoming difficult situations.
You've been here before and you know what to do.
Use your breath to guide you here and deepen your practice.
And when you come back to reality,
Know that the entire day ahead of you,
Your entire existence ahead of you,
Is in your control.
You are the sole creator of your life.
You are a divine energetic being living a human experience.
You know what to do.
You are divinely guided.
You are love.
And as you sit here with your breath,
Know that you are exactly where you are supposed to be and you know exactly what to do.
Take a few more breaths here on your own.
Nice deep inhalations filling up your belly,
Your chest,
And your head.
Nice releasing exhalations,
Releasing the heat,
Releasing anything that doesn't serve you.
Inhale.
Find the rhythm of your breath.
Inhale.
Exhale.
And when you are ready,
Slowly start to pull yourself out of that internal space.
Start to bring your soul and your consciousness a little bit closer to your physical body again.
And when you are ready,
Start to bring small movements back into your body,
Wiggling your toes,
Wiggling your fingers,
Coming back into this physical realm,
Into this reality.
And as you start to come back into this place,
Know that you are in control of the day ahead of you.
You are in control of everything you are attracting.
You are in control of everything you are creating because you are doing it for yourself.
You are your own guru.
You are your own guiding light.
You are your biggest fan.
When you are ready,
Blink your eyes open.
