I want to welcome you to this beautiful,
Beautiful space within you,
Around you.
And as you start to feel that breath guide you,
Lead you,
Be there with you,
Protect you,
Start to feel that rhythm in your body,
That inhalation filling your lungs up,
Filling your body up,
Filling your space.
And then feel that exhale slowly start to release back out into the world,
Into the surroundings around your body.
And as you start to create a relationship here with your breath,
Creating that connection with your body,
With your nervous system,
Start to slowly feel your consciousness go deeper.
Start to slowly feel your mind go deeper.
Allow your breath to guide you here.
Take the hand of your breath and journey deep into your body,
Into your nervous system,
Into every little facet that makes up your existence.
And as you start to surrender here within,
Feel that rhythm again,
Your breath filling you in,
Your breath releasing out,
In through your nose,
Out through your mouth,
Making it audible,
Allowing your eyes to flutter closed if they're not already,
And surrender and let go of anything that is not serving you and your body and your breath here in the now.
In through your nose,
Out through your mouth.
Now,
Start to make the inhales and the exhales a little bit wider,
A little bit longer,
Feeling your whole body filling up with air to the brim,
Filling it to capacity,
Past capacity,
Overflowing with breath,
Holding it maybe even,
And then allowing it to release,
Allowing that breath to go,
But guiding it along the way.
So slowly releasing it,
Just as slow as you pulled that breath in,
Just as slow as you filled your body up,
You're going to release it now back out into the world.
Allowing that breath to be audible,
Allowing your body to shake off those vibrations with every bit of air.
On your next inhale,
Keep it nice and slow and spread out,
Feel that expansive breath,
Feel your lungs expand,
Feel your body full up,
Feel it filled and full of energy,
Of breath,
Of prana,
Of life force,
Of chi.
And as it's full to the brim,
Feel that air release out of your mouth.
Slow that breath down,
Slow that exhale down,
Just as you filled your body up nice and slow and drawn out,
Draw that breath back out,
Back into the world,
Back into reality.
And flow through a rhythm here on your own,
Flow through this undulation of breath,
The symbiotic dance,
This beautiful orchestration of in,
Pulling that air in,
Filling yourself up to the brim with energy,
With chi,
With prana.
And then exhale,
Release it back out,
Allowing those particles to move,
That heat to be released,
That energy to flow freely out.
And feel what it means to be you here in this body,
With this nervous system,
With this rhythm of breath,
With this dance of breath now,
Here.
Allow your breath to surrender more deeply here.
Ancient homo sapiens breathed better than the modern day man,
Because they didn't have the micro stresses that we have today.
They didn't have the things to wake up to like we do of what kind of coffee do I make today?
What email do I have to check?
What person do I have to check in with?
Where do I have to go?
What do I have to today?
But on top of that,
Aside from not having micro stresses,
The ancient homo sapien breathed through their nose.
They were nose breathers.
They weren't mouth breathers.
They weren't panting like dogs.
They weren't panting and putting their bodies into a perpetual sympathetic nervous system state,
A perpetual fight or flight mode response state,
A perpetual state of panting and causing snoring and bad sleep and bad feelings in the body.
And causing us to be on high alert from the moment we wake up to the moment we set our heads down on our pillow at night.
And we're in this perpetual fight or flight sympathetic nervous system state.
It's not so sympathetic,
But it's because we're mouth breathing.
It's because we're panting and we're drying our mouths out and we're allowing this breath to tell us what we need to tell us what is best for us when we know what is best for us.
And how do we go back to that homeostasis?
How do we go back to a rest and digest state,
A parasympathetic nervous system state we breathe through our noses?
And there's a time and a place for mouth breathing and controlled mouth breathing can activate chemicals in our lungs and our pineal gland to create a euphoric transcendental experience without the use of plant medicine.
But even with that time and place that mouth breathing has,
Nose breathing will always be an answer.
Nose breathing will always be a way to bring us back to that balanced state,
Back to that beautiful parasympathetic nervous system state,
Homeostasis.
And so as we flow through our breaths here now,
If your mouth is not closed already,
Close your mouth and start to transition that breath in through your nose and out through your nose,
Feeling that slight constriction in the back of your throat,
Ujjayi breath.
With every inhale,
Feel that body,
Feel your soul,
Feel your system,
Fill up with that air again.
And as your lips are sealed and that constriction in the back of the throat happens,
Feel that air travel back out through your nose,
Releasing heat,
Releasing energy,
Releasing chi.
And feel your body slowly start to come back,
Back to that homeostasis,
Back to that beautiful relaxed state.
Nothing you are worried about matters right now.
Nothing you did earlier today matters right now.
Nothing you're going to do tomorrow matters right now.
Nothing you're going to do in the future matters.
Nothing matters right now except for you finally connecting to that invisible air traveling in and out of your body.
That breath,
That air that literally keeps you alive,
That literally makes what you do possible.
Without your breath,
Without your prana,
Your life force energy,
You wouldn't be able to do the things that you do.
You wouldn't be alive the way that you are.
And so it's something we take for granted,
But right here,
Right now,
This energy,
This breath is all that matters.
It is the only thing connecting every single thing in your body,
Connecting the full system,
The full spectrum of you.
And in this beautiful full gradient spectrum that encompasses who you are,
See your breath now,
Visually standing in front of you,
Behind your mind's eye,
Deep within your subconscious space.
And as you visualize your breath standing in front of you,
Notice who you are looking back at.
Notice who is looking back at you.
Notice who you are looking at right now.
Notice who is looking back at you.
Notice the breath.
What does the breath look like to you?
What does this person look like to you?
What are you visualizing?
What are you seeing?
What is coming to form behind your eyelids?
And as you visualize this breath standing in front of you,
Know that it is a part of you,
A beautiful part of you,
A connecting part of you,
An evolutionary part of you.
The breath is the beginning of creation.
When we come into this life,
When we come into this world,
The first thing that we do is take a sip of air.
The last thing we do when we leave this reality is exhale our last breath.
And so right now,
Don't take this breath for granted.
Lean in to this breath.
Take the hand of your breath.
And surrender and let go.
And just be.
Exist.
Now.
And as you be here with yourself,
With your breath,
With my voice in the background,
Know that you are exactly where you are supposed to be.
You have everything you want.
And the more that you want,
The more that you will be.
It's just a doorway away that you have access to and that you can open.
And when you tell the universe that this door is open,
It will bring more abundance into your life.
It will bring all the more that you could ever want and then some.
And in these final moments,
With this beautiful visualization of your breath,
Allow wisdom and guidance to come here for you now.
Deep in your subconscious space,
There is a message for you.
A message for you to hear now and a message for you to take back into your day.
Allow this message to be seen now.
Allow this message to be understood by you.
Be here.
Breathe here.
Exist here.
Absorb the wisdom that has made its way to you now.
Ch-ch-ch.
As you gather,
As you gather these last final moments,
These last experiences with your visualized breath,
These final moments of wisdom,
These final moments of beautiful messages,
Feel the tether back to your physical body.
Say goodbye to the beautiful guides,
The visitors,
The messages that have made their way to you now in your mind.
And slowly start to reel your body back.
Slowly start to reel your consciousness back into your body,
Back into this physical world,
Back closer to my voice.
And as you slowly start to float your way back towards your body,
Back into reality,
Start to feel the sensations come back into your corpse.
With every sip of air,
Feel that energy traversing all throughout your nervous system.
With every exhale,
Feel anything that you're clinging onto,
Anything that's lingering to just dissolve away and dissipate and disappear.
And as you feel your consciousness fill your physical body back up,
Start to bring small movements back into your body,
Wiggling your toes,
Your fingers,
As if you're wiggling them for the first time.
Swaying your wrists,
Your ankles,
Your neck side to side,
Rolling out your head,
Maybe if you're lying down,
If you're sitting up.
And as you slowly start to feel the movement back in your body,
The energy back in your reality,
In your own time,
When you are ready,
Slowly start to blink your eyes open.
Welcome back.
I wish you a beautiful rest of your day or evening,
Wherever it is that you may be.
I want to thank you for sharing your breath and your energy with me here today.
And I wish that a little morsel of my energy made its way all the way over to you,
Wherever you are,
And may it inspire you into your evening or into the rest of your week.
Namaste.
With love.
