We often don't realise how much we deny ourselves.
Not because we can't have things,
But because we've been conditioned to believe we shouldn't.
A voice inside whispers,
That's too indulgent,
That is unnecessary,
That is not practical.
That is not for you.
And so we shrink,
We hesitate.
We deprive ourselves of experiences,
Pleasures and expressions of who we truly are.
Not because we must,
But because we've absorbed someone else's beliefs of what is acceptable.
But what happens when we start saying yes?
The power of a single yes.
Saying yes doesn't have to be grand,
It can start small,
It can be as simple as buying something that sparks joy,
Revisiting an old hobby,
Or capturing a moment in a way that feels meaningful.
A single yes can trigger an avalanche of possibility,
One that leads us back to ourselves in ways we never imagined.
Maybe you say yes to something meaningful,
Something playful,
And suddenly you feel more creative.
Maybe you say yes to investing in an experience,
And suddenly you see your own worth more clearly.
Maybe you say yes to capturing a moment,
And that moment expands into something bigger,
A project,
A purpose,
A new way of seeing your own life.
Every yes is an opening,
A permission slip for more.
Reclaiming the timeline of your life.
For years,
Many of us live according to someone else's rules.
We follow expectations,
Internalized doubts,
And silent limitations.
We think we have to earn abundance,
That we have to deserve joy,
And that we have to justify self-expression.
But here's the shift.
You don't have to wait for approval to live fully.
The timeline where you keep yourself small,
Waiting for validation,
Is one option.
The timeline where you trust your desires and allow yourself to experience life fully is another.
And the only difference between them?
The choices you make.
The more you say yes,
The more you align with a reality where you feel energized,
Seen,
Creative,
And alive.
Abundance isn't just about money.
Scarcity isn't just financial.
It's a mindset.
And shifting out of it doesn't always require a drastic external change.
It starts with giving yourself what you already have the power to give.
Saying yes to joy.
Saying yes to creativity.
Saying yes to honoring what excites you.
Saying yes to presence and appreciation.
Saying yes to experiences that feel like home.
Abundance is a state of being.
It's trusting that you're allowed to receive,
To enjoy,
To expand.
The more you allow yourself to have what feels right,
The more life meets you with more of it.
What are you saying no to right now?
Take a moment to notice.
What do you secretly desire but keep postponing?
Where are you limiting yourself out of habit,
Not necessity?
What small yes could shift something deep inside you?
This isn't about mindless indulgence.
It's about conscious allowance.
Letting yourself step into the life that's already waiting for you instead of holding yourself back out of outdated beliefs.
Choose the timeline where you thrive.
You have the power to create your own story.
You get to shape what this chapter looks like.
And the simplest way to begin?
A yes.
Not a forced yes.
Not a yes based on anyone else's expectations.
But a genuine,
Aligned,
Soul-affirming yes.
That's how everything changes.
A checklist.
How to know if your yes is aligned.
Before committing fully to a choice,
Pause and ask yourself Does this feel like a deep,
Full-bodied yes?
Not just a logical decision,
But something that excites you,
Sparks joy or feels like a natural next step.
Does this choice bring me closer to my authentic self?
Is it an expression of who I truly am?
Or am I saying yes out of fear,
Guilt or external pressure?
Does this yes expand me rather than shrink me?
Does it make me feel more free,
Creative or empowered rather than restricted,
Depleted or small?
If I say yes,
Will I look back with gratitude?
Will my future self thank me for taking this step even if it's uncertain or unfamiliar?
If you can check most or all of these,
Then this yes is likely leading you toward growth,
Joy and deeper alignment with your path.
Thank you for listening.
From my heart to your heart.
Blessings on your path.
