Greetings.

My name is Genevieve Turner,

And I am honored to guide you through a meditation practice centered in self-acceptance and self-discovery.

Find a seated position that feels good for you.

If you are in a chair,

Bring your feet to the earth and come to the edge of your seat.

Close your eyes or soften your gaze.

Check in with the natural pace and pattern of your breathing.

Notice if your breathing is short and quick,

Or deep and long.

Take a mental note of where your breath goes on your inhale.

Exhale.

Acknowledge any thoughts that may have come up for you in this moment.

Inhale.

Envision your vehicle.

Exhale.

See its color shine after a fresh wash.

For the duration of this meditation,

Imagine your body is your vehicle and your breath is the power and gas that fuels its motion.

Inhale,

Allow your breath to start your vehicle.

Exhale,

Settle into the vehicle,

Giving it time to adjust to its awakening.

Come back to the natural pace and pattern of your breath.

Use this pace as your odometer,

Regulating your speed.

We move through life so fast.

When was the last time you slowed down to enjoy the scenery?

Let this be your opportunity.

Give your thinking mind a rest as you allow your breath to guide you on cruise control.

If at any time your breath recalculates you,

Center yourself in the thought,
