Welcome to this self-love meditation.
This is your time,
A moment just for you.
Find a comfortable position,
Either sitting or lying down,
And allow your body to gently relax.
Let your shoulders soften.
Release any tension in your jaw.
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
And slowly exhale through your mouth,
Letting out a sigh if that feels good.
Repeating it again,
Deep breath in through your nose,
And slow exhale through the mouth.
One more time,
In through the nose,
Exhaling through the mouth.
With each breath,
Feel yourself arriving fully here in this moment,
Letting go of the day that has been,
And the one yet to come.
As you settle,
Gently place one hand over your heart.
Notice its steady rhythm,
The quiet reminder that you are alive,
That you are here,
And that you are enough.
Today,
We are opening the door to self-love.
Not the kind that needs to be earned,
But the kind that has always been within you.
In this space,
You are safe,
You are held,
And you are worthy,
Just as you are.
Begin to notice the gentle rise and fall of your chest with each breath.
Imagine that each inhale draws in pure,
Warm light,
A light filled with kindness,
Compassion,
And love for yourself.
As you exhale,
Feel any heaviness,
Judgment,
Or self-doubt slowly melt away.
With every breath,
Let that warm light grow stronger.
See it expanding from your heart,
Filling your chest,
Flowing down into your arms and hands,
Up into your neck and face,
And down through your belly,
Legs,
And feet.
You are being bathed in your own loving energy.
And as this light fills you,
Repeat quietly in your mind,
Or out loud if you wish,
The following words of affirmation.
I am enough.
I am worthy of love.
I choose to be gentle with myself.
Allow these words to sink deep into your being as if they are seeds planting themselves in the most fertile part of your soul.
See yourself in your mind's eye as you truly are,
Without masks,
Without pressure,
Without conditions.
Just you,
Whole and complete.
Notice how it feels to accept yourself fully in this moment.
Take one more deep breath in,
And as you exhale,
Feel a wave of gratitude wash over you.
Gratitude for your body,
For your heart,
For your presence here today.
Gently bring your awareness back to the space around you.
Notice any sounds,
The feeling of the surface beneath you,
The air on your skin.
Wiggle your fingers and toes,
Letting your energy return softly and slowly.
And when you are ready,
Gently open your eyes.
I invite you to carry this feeling of self-love with you as you move through the rest of your day,
Knowing you can return to this space anytime you need a reminder of who you truly are.
You are enough.
You always have been.
And you always will be.
Namaste.
