The nature of life shows us just how fast change can occur.
As we practice meditation and develop an awareness of self,
We are reminded that change is always happening all around us.
This awareness can gift us with a sense of peace and understanding that is able to shift our perspective of change from one of fear and resistance to seeing it as a natural and necessary law of life.
