Love is an ever-present energy within all Life. This meditation will assist you to feel the Love inside of yourself so that you may know that Love is always here, and it is patiently waiting for you to return Home.
Transcript
This love that you seek is unconditional by its very nature. It is a formulated essence of all that is. It is to be transcribed into your awareness without words, Without form or shape. Love is an energy, A substance, The existential essence of matter. By its very nature, Love cannot be far from you. You cannot be without love. The distance you may experience, The sensation of form or separation from love is the power of illusion. It is the power of matter and a third dimensional experience and perspective. What you are is love, What you breathe, What you see and feel is love. At its core essence, All is love. We may allow love to guide our lives and to show and teach us things. First we must accustom ourselves to the awareness that love always is. You may begin this process by lying or sitting comfortably, Allowing the body to rest with a wakefulness. Experience ease and pleasure and comfort in the body. If you fall asleep, This transmission will still pervade, However to practice the activating sequence of love as your true awareness, You may wish to remain wakeful. When we do this, We let love guide the process. There is no need to become a certain way, To become silent or still, To stop or cease your thoughts, To halt awareness of your outside surroundings. When you try to force these things to occur, You become activated within the mind. It is to trust the very nature of love, To trust in your inner nature that is silent and is still and is with wakeful awareness and loving presence. All that is required of you is to simply breathe. Allow the breath to take shape naturally within you. Bring your awareness or attention to the breath. Let it still you. By connecting you become the very nature of the breath which is a still aliveness, A cleansing stillness. You may begin to focus on the heart center, This is the place in your body that you have named the chest, The heart, Heart center, Place of stillness and awareness. You may visualize the physical embodiment of the heart beating and breathing as oxygen and blood flows in and from it. You may visualize the energetic form of the heart body. For many this constitutes a pink color, A glowing orb within the physical space located named the chest. For some this may be a place of green. For all it is a place of light. Visualize your breath synchronizing with this place of light and heart within you. The breath is a golden stream of energy that flows within and through the nostrils or the mouth of the body. It also flows through the pores, The feet and the hands. Visualize what feels most centered and focused for you. Remembering to hold a gentle relaxed focus. You do not need to try. Feel within this place in you this centered lotus of life, Love and awareness that there is a substance here. It may hold a texture, It may hold a kind of visual form, It may hold a formless light, It may be the quality of the breath. Feel how there is something here. For some it is the very essence of the heart itself. It may feel as though it is speaking to you, Calling or being with you. Allow this substance to become familiar to you. Feel the loving presence that it is. For some it may feel like light now has a felt sense. You may feel warmth or simply love. You may feel loved. I am here with love now. Love is. . . This is the heart center of your body, Your form, What you call mind and spirit. It is the joining place and it is the place of love. All recognition of this love self as you is what will allow you to connect, Returning over and over to this essence of love. Feel how it begins to pervade and arise within other places within the body form. It may spread from its center down into the abdomen, Up and around through the chest, Wrapping around the back of the rib cage, A soft, Loving beauty is falling and flowing all through every cell in the body and every aspect of the energetic form that has come to be you. What is within the auric field, The egg shape of energy that is surrounding your form? Feel how there is something within this love energy that is you. There is a familiarity, A oneness or unity. There may be a sensation of coming home. What is it like for you? Do you feel? Do you see color, Light? Do you sense? Do you simply know that love is wrapped all around you now, A love that is arising first and foremost from within you? Notice how there is a sense of safety within this union that you feel, What some may call being and feeling held. You are held by this light constantly. You are held by the essence that you are that is simultaneously resonating deeply as a glowing, Perhaps small light within the heart center and simultaneously radiates all through and around every part of your being, Every fiber and every energetic particle. You are this light and love. Light is just as much a part of you as any other part of you and is in fact greater. It is vast, It is aware, It is conscious, It is ever present and ever connected. You cannot be without this light form that we may call love. You carry it within your bones, Within your cells. You can bring your awareness to this truth of your body and your being at any time. It can become known to you that this is the way that the universe loves you. The love that you feel within the love in you is the same way that you are loved by the universe. It is the core essence of all that is. Love is. You may activate and access this love within you at any time, It is most important that you trust that this love is here. Feel it in times like these where you have a conscious practice to connect and remember love so that you may trust in its ever presence. If you ever feel distortion, Pain or suffering, Love is, It does not go away because you suffer. It may flow in or out of your own awareness depending on your perspective. As soon as you remember that love is, Love will hold you and any suffering that may be present and returning, Coming back to this love will help you to transform anything that is not this love, Any part of you that simply needs to be reminded of love being here for you always. Love is so deeply tranquil, It is as though a mother figure for you. It may be a father or god figure for you. You are not alone in this universe. This is a consciousness that loves and that you are a part of. Love has not forgotten about you. Love is available. Love is yours. Remember to access it within this heart centered space and rest and return to love whenever you might need. Begin to see that you are this love substance beneath illusion of form and expressions of other consciousness. These two are love. You may breathe love in and breathe love out. You may breathe love in and breathe love out. You
