Hello my friend.
It is so amazing to have you here.
You you I want you to know that you are so welcome to join as you are.
Everything is as it should be.
You as you settle in.
You might decide to close your eyes or hold a soft gaze.
Taking notice of your breath.
Making the next breath intentional,
Inhale… Inhale and exhale.
With each breath,
Allow another muscle to relax.
Slowly letting go at your own pace.
Finally taking notice of the part of your body that is in contact with the surface beneath you or the earth allowing it to hold you and ground you breathe into that space.
Turning within.
I wanted to share something with you that I had written down when I was not feeling like myself.
Have I lost myself,
Or am I just not that person anymore?
The risk taker,
The adventurer.
In my body more than in my mind.
Unable to visualize my future no matter how hard i tried.
Was that presence or self-centeredness?
Maybe just naïve.
Some things about her I miss.
Others I don't miss at all.
She was lovable then.
And she is lovable now.
Even if she couldn't see it.
Searching for it.
Can you visualize the different versions of yourself?
That you have met and known throughout your life.
Not even just at every age.
Spot at every phase.
In every role you I want to remind you to love yourself like you would a lifelong friend.
You would say that it is a privilege to know a friend so long.
To get to see them and love them through.
All the different phases.
All phases are necessary.
For the next.
They are all worthy and they are all important A quote from Isabel Marguerite,
Shared by Moon Omens.
Slowly learn to love every part of your story.
The heartbreak that formed you.
The grief that softened you.
And the challenge that strengthened you.
Each part of your journey has shaped you into the person you are today.
Embrace that.
Once again,
Take notice of your breath.
The same breath that has been with you.
From the very beginning.
Feeling that space in your heart center that you can call home.
Maybe placing a hand there.
And sending yourself some love.
At every phase.
To every version.
Bringing a full breath into your lungs.
Letting it go Allow yourself to be your own best friend.
Give yourself compassion for the moments that you didn't know what you didn't know forgiveness for the mistakes that you made.
And celebrate the moments.
That you were able to overcome even when you thought you couldn't.
Every version of you was strong enough to make it to the next.
To bring you new lessons.
To bring you new connections.
And to bring you closer to yourself.
One more inhale.
Inhale and exhale.
Noticing the surface beneath you again holding you sensations in your body.
And on your skin.
The way the air feels moving in and out of your lungs.
When you are ready.
Link your eyes open.
Maybe whisper to yourself.
I love you.
Sending endless love.
And divine light.
