Hello and welcome to your manifestation meditation.
This is Bec.
Take a moment now to find a comfortable seated position.
Whatever seated position feels best for you to rest here for the next few minutes.
Grounding through the sitting bones down towards the earth.
As you rise up tall through the spine.
Extending the crown of the head towards the skies.
We've got this beautiful long spine.
Allowing the energy to flow freely through this space.
Closing the eyes down if you haven't already and resting your hands comfortably in your lap.
Take a moment now to begin to connect with the natural rhythm of your breath.
Without changing your breath in any way just yet.
Just observing the way in which your breath is moving through your body.
Feel the expansion and contraction of your torso with the breath.
Maybe you can start to breathe a little bit deeper here.
Drawing a beautiful breath in through the nose as you feel the entire torso swell on the inhale.
With a long smooth exhale out through the nose feel the torso gently contract.
Deep inhale through the nose.
Long smooth exhale.
Let's keep breathing here in this way for the next few moments.
Using the breath as the anchor point here.
Using the breath as an opportunity to come back to the present moment.
Come back to the body.
From here allowing your breath to settle back into its natural rhythm.
Moving your awareness now from the breath to your heart.
You might feel called to place a hand or two over the heart space.
Feel the beating of your heart beneath the palms of your hands.
Feel the warmth beneath your hands.
Feel the energetic vibration of the heart center underneath the palms of your hands.
Our heart holds so much wisdom.
All the wisdom we could ever need within the four chambers of the heart.
Within the energetic resonance of the heart.
We're going to take some time now to start to connect deeply with the heart.
I want you to take a moment now to do just that.
To start to have a conversation with your heart.
And ask your heart what it truly desires.
All the answers to all of the questions that you may have in your life reside here.
Take a moment now to either ask your heart any questions that you might have for her.
Or ask your heart to speak to you in its own language.
Tune in and listen carefully to the whispers of your heart.
And take note of any wisdom that your heart has to share with you.
Anything that you would love to call into your life right now.
Any challenge that you might be facing.
Any questions that you might have about your life or your purpose.
Whatever feels really alive for you here.
Take that time now with your heart and allow any wisdom to be shared with you here.
Keep breathing.
Feel the warmth beneath the palms of your hands.
Stay present.
Remain in conversation with your heart for a little bit longer.
Let's take three more breaths here together with the heart.
Now we're going to release the heart and thank your heart for its wisdom.
You might like to place your hands back down into your lap.
And now we're going to shift our awareness from the heart space up into the third eye located between the brows.
Starting to connect with the energy at the third eye.
Feel the energy here.
And once you feel like you have connected with the third eye center,
I'd like you to turn your gaze,
Although the eyes are closed,
Up towards the third eye.
Turning the internal gaze here.
And from this space,
You're now going to visualize all of those things that you'd like to manifest and call into your life through the third eye.
All of that wisdom that your heart shared with you about your greatest desires,
Now is the time to start to visualize them in your life.
What does it look like for you?
How does it feel in your body?
How does your day look?
Where are you?
What's your environment like?
Who are you surrounding yourself with?
What's your environment like?
What's your life like?
Start to connect with this.
Start to see it in your third eye.
And begin to tune into the vibrational frequency of this future version of you.
Take this time now to connect,
To visualize,
To feel.
Become so familiar with this future version of you that it feels like it's already manifested.
A few more moments here with this visualization of the future version of you.
As you begin to draw your awareness back from this visualization,
Remain connected to the visualization.
Remain connected to your manifestations that you'd like to call in.
And remain connected to the feeling that you're going to feel once this manifestation comes to fruition in your life.
From here we begin to draw the awareness from the third eye back down to the portal of your heart.
And in this space we're going to plant those seeds of intention of all of the things that you'd love to manifest into your life.
Into the sacred portal of your heart.
Planting them like seeds one by one into the heart.
And making a vow to yourself now that you will water them with your loving intention.
That you'll remain connected to these intentions and to the feeling and the energetic vibration of this future version of you.
Knowing that you are so worthy of all the things that you desire in your life.
And take comfort in knowing that if you remain connected to this future and you remain devoted to these manifestations and these intentions,
That they will manifest in your life.
Take comfort in knowing that they're already on their way to you.
Once again you might choose to place a hand or two over the heart.
Tuning back into your intentions one last time.
Feeling that loving energy from the hands as they water these seeds of intention at the heart.
Let's take three big breaths here together into the heart.
Now releasing the hands back down into your lap as we slowly begin to deepen the breath.
Starting to bring your awareness back into the space.
Back into your body.
Starting to deepen the breath a little bit here as we prepare to come back into our day.
Back into our life in the present.
Taking comfort in knowing that all of those manifestations and intentions are on our way.
You can stay here for as long as you have available.
As long as you need.
