Hello and welcome to your solar plexus meditation.
This is Bec.
Our solar plexus chakra is located in the center of your stomach and is represented by the color yellow.
This is our home of our self worth.
This is our power center and it is from this place that we are able to shine brightly and embrace our true essence.
A solar plexus that is underactive or holding stagnant or blocked energy can lead us to not fully embodying our power.
We may shy away from expressing our power or we may lack self-confidence or self-worth.
Begin by finding yourself a comfortable seated position with your eyes closed.
Sitting nice and tall with a straight spine,
Shoulders,
Neck,
Jaw,
Belly,
Nice and relaxed and start to connect to your natural breath.
Feeling your breath moving in and out of the nostrils.
Bring your awareness now to your solar plexus right in the center of your stomach.
Just observing how your solar plexus is currently feeling both physically and energetically.
Remember there's never any judgment,
Just observation,
Just gathering some feedback.
Now begin to visualize a bright yellow light shining brightly at the solar plexus and this light shines so brightly that it begins to illuminate the path that you're about to walk on.
Begin to tune in deeper now to the energy of your solar plexus and connect to the power that is available to you in this center.
Anchor into the feeling of your internal power that is available to you always,
Knowing that it's always there for you to access whenever you need it.
Stay present here,
Stay connected to your breath,
Stay connected to the essence of your solar plexus and be open to receiving any wisdom that comes through from the solar plexus,
Particularly around the themes of self-confidence,
Self-esteem and self-worth.
Perhaps you already feel quite strong in these parts of your being and perhaps you need a little more work in this area,
Whatever you find is perfect.
Stay here for as long as you need to to form a deep connection to your power and your sense of worthiness.
If you need to remain here for a little longer please feel free to do so.
When you're ready to come back from your meditation you can slowly start to deepen your breath.
Breathing into the chest,
Down to the ribs,
Down into your belly.
Exhaling from your belly,
Ribs and chest.
Maybe beginning to bring some movement back into your physical body,
Just a slow awakening.
And when you feel ready you can gently blink open your eyes,
Coming back into your space.
