My head,

My legs,

My feet and hands are all relaxed.
I'm exactly where I need to be right now and I'm grateful for taking time out to enjoy.
My heart is open,
My heart is full of love.
I send love to myself,
To my community,
My family and the universe.

Noticing a white light shooting down the spine.

New prana,
Breathing out old energy,
Continuing that cycle.

Working order in my body,
My organs,

My gut.
I am grateful for where I live,
