Make sure you're in a comfortable position,

Be it sitting or lying,

And make sure you will not be disturbed to allow you to focus entirely.

Close your eyes and take one long deep breath in.

Feel it filling up your lungs completely.

Then exhale slowly.

As your eyes shut,

Notice the enhanced sensitivity you feel in your body as you take another deep breath.

Be aware of the air flowing through your nose or mouth and into your lungs and how it feels.

Take another deep breath in 2,

3,

4 and hold it and exhale 2,

3,

4.

Deep breath in 2,

3,

4 and hold it and exhale 2,

3,

4.

And again,

Deep breath in 2,

3,

4 and hold it and exhale 2,

3,

4.

Now you are relaxed and peaceful.

What am I grateful for?

Be specific.

It doesn't matter how big or small the event,

Item or person is,

As long as you actually feel into your thoughts.

Be sure to feel grateful.

Feel the gratitude.

Again,

What am I grateful for?

What are my goals for today?

What do I want to achieve today?

Be clear,

Specific and make sure the goals for today are believable to you.

Now take a moment to imagine how you will feel when you've reached your goals that you've just set.

Feels good,

Doesn't it?

Stay with this feeling for a while.

Think about one thing that you can improve upon today from yesterday.

It might be how you think or how you treat someone or your work ethic or even a skill.

It's about consciously creating positive change for the betterment of your life,

The life that you are creating now.

So what is one thing I can improve upon today?

This is a joyous time,

So make sure you feel that way.

You are creating your day,

So get excited about it.

What can I do today to help someone else?

By helping others,

We help ourselves.

You could do a chore that your partner or housemate would normally do,

Cook a meal for someone,

Assist an overworked colleague.

It can be big or small,

But it's the intent to help that makes it work.

What can I do to help someone else today?

How can I look after me better today?

It could be taking a walk at lunch,

Meeting a friend,

Making and taking the time to meditate,

Eating a healthy meal.

How can I look after me better today?

Remember how to feel what it would be like to have completed each of these tasks.

How good does it feel?

Now make a decision to actually complete each of the goals and tasks that you have set today.

Make a decision to consciously create your day.

No matter what happens in your day,

You control how you react to it.

You control what you do and how you do it.

So be sure to create today as a happy,

Positive day to remember.

Say it with me now.

I feel motivated and energised.

I look great.

I feel great.

I am great.

Think about how you want to feel all day today.

Now feel that way.

Right now.
