I try to see the positive side,

There was an old woman.

But I decided
To stay for meditation.
Then after the meditation,
She said,
I feel so relaxed,
So relieved,
So I feel better.

She was telling
How it felt.
She said,
I needed this,
My mental wellness.

Therefore,

Imagine,
It can change your looks
Many different ways.

The positive thinking,
One of the good ones
That I was thinking all the time
Whenever something was happening around me.

When we are
Thinking negative,
Negative thinking,
We are always creating stories,
