A pause here to just reconnect with yourself so you can enjoy the rest of your day better.
Make sure that you are comfortable,
Readjust yourself if you need to and let's dive into this morning meditation.
Place a hand on your heart,
One hand on your belly and start feeling the beat of your heart.
Connect with your intuition,
With your authentic and true self.
Start breathing through your nostrils and feel the rise and fall of your breath inside of you.
Keep breathing naturally,
Being in the now and ask yourself truly,
How do you feel right now physically,
Mentally,
Emotionally?
Stay true to yourself,
You cannot lie to yourself.
Know that today when you align your actions with your values,
You're going to live this true and authentic self and everything will be at their place in your life.
Now we're going to take three deep breaths together.
Inhale deeply through your nostrils,
Slightly open your mouth and exhale it out.
Release,
Inhale through your nose,
Open your mouth,
Exhale let it go.
Inhale through your nose,
Open your mouth and exhale relax.
Gently open your eyes,
Make contact with your environment and make this day worth it.
