Hey everyone, Welcome to another video. My name is Bhoomi Shakha. In this video, We'll be speaking a little bit more about alchemy and empathic behavior. I spoke about this in the last video when I was speaking about how people don't listen. A lot of people messaged me about how they really like the part about alchemy, But they want to learn a little bit more about how to alchemize negative energy into positive energy. So I wanted to do another video just to emphasize it a little bit and expand on it a little bit because it's a really useful skill for everyone to have, But more specifically for empathic people. Empathic people and highly sensitive people are people who have hearts that are open wide open, Just open to the world. And we're always open and we're always taking in all this information and energy from the rest of the world. It's interesting how people who are energy vampires or who have a lot of negative energy in them, They kind of latch on to empathic people because they know that empathic people will be able to give them what they need. And what they need is someone to take all their negative energy and to give them positive energy in return. Empathic people are really, Really great at that. INFJs are really good at that. Any intuitive person is going to be very good at it. Any highly sensitive person is going to be very good at it. And you will know if you're good at it or not because you'll get a lot of negative people coming into your life and putting and spewing a lot of negative energy towards you. And what you're going to end up doing is taking all that negative energy inside of yourself and then sending back positive energy to that person. As I've said before, A lot of people will come to me and do that. They will feel better after they've done it and I'll feel crappy. But over time, I've learned that the most important thing I need to do in this scenario is to become that person that's able to transform this negative energy into positive energy, Which is what I do. I'm great at that. But not let that negative energy come too close to my heart or too close to my being, Too close to my essence, Too close to my spirit, Whatever you want to call it. And so whenever I take this negative energy in, I make sure that I've created in the beginning, Right from the start. As soon as that happens, As soon as a person comes to me and I know that they're going to be spewing any negative energy at me or in general, Whenever I meet anyone that I don't know, That I know that might be a little bit dangerous to my heart and my space, Instantaneously, Instantaneously, Instantaneously, I create this barrier around my heart. The fact of the matter is that we have enough space inside of us as empathic people that even if we don't take everything to heart, We'll still have enough space to carry your negative energy and give it back to you in positivity. So we have enough space for that. We don't actually need to take it all the way into our hearts. We do that because we don't know any other way of doing it. But once we learn to create that barrier, That physical positive barrier around our heart, And I do that every single time I meet anyone, Every single time I actually leave my cave. My cave, I know my apartment is my cave, And my cave I know has been set up for positive energy. It's my cave, My energy. If anyone enters the cave, Then I'll kind of like re-cleanse it. But usually my cave is for me and no one is allowed to enter my space. No one. Very rarely do I allow people to enter it and if they do enter it, I make sure afterwards to cleanse the energy in my own way. I'm not using sage or anything, But I'm making sure that the energy is clean again. It's my energy. It's my positive energy. But as soon as I leave my cave, As soon as I leave my apartment, I go outside, I know that I'm going to be surrounded by so many different people, So many different energies, And so many different agendas. I know people are going to have their own agenda coming and talking to me. They're going to want to take from me or they want to give me something. I don't know who they are. I don't know what kind of person they are. I don't know if they're positive or negative. I don't know if they've had a really, Really destitute life. I don't know who they are. Most people, Even if I know them, I don't know them. I don't know what they want from me on that specific day. So I make sure as soon as I leave my apartment that I close myself off, My heart off. In general, I'm an open individual and I'm trusting and all that stuff. That has nothing to do with my heart. My heart is always going to remain closed until and unless I trust you. And once I trust you, Of course, I will open it up and I will have a common, Like a denominator, Wherever I can give to you and you can give to me. But it's very rare that it happens with me. I think I have maybe one or two people in my life that I open and close like that. And even that changes as time goes on because people change. People change, Circumstances change, And so I'm always careful with that. And very rarely does that happen that I'm open completely with people that I'm surrounded by. So I've closed myself off and I'm walking in this universe and I'm having this human experience. I talk to people and they talk to me. They tell me about their hard life, About the hard things that they have to deal with, About the negative things that they have to deal with, About all the complaining that they do about the world, The universe, The politics, All that stuff. So all that stuff happens on a daily basis. That's not normal. That's a human way to do things. We complain, We whine, We are sad, We want empathy, We want people to care about us, We want people to say yes, Yes, Pat our head and say yes, Yes, You've had a hard life. It's okay. I know, I understand. And I'm totally willing to do all that stuff. And I do that on a daily basis with everyone that I meet. But, And this is a big but, Self-care and making sure that I stay in my zone and I don't give too much of myself is absolutely a priority. And when someone gets to that point where they're trying to pull too much from me, Instantaneously again, Obviously I'm already shut off, But instantaneously I'll leave. Relationship-wise, Like remove that person from my life because obviously they don't understand the concept of give and take and how relationships are supposed to work. But also I'll cut them off in general. I won't talk to them. I won't reply to their messages and all that stuff. Until they realize that it has to be a give and take in a relationship. It's not only about receiving but about giving as well. And if you're only going to be receiving from me, That's not going to work for me and that's not going to work for you either. I don't think that's the kind of world that I want to live in. But coming back to the idea of transmuting or alchemizing that negative to positive. So what happens is that we take this energy in and how we alchemize, It's not that we're actually transforming the energy in our cells in any way by using spirit powder or anything like that. We're not doing all that. What we're doing is that they're sending us all this negative energy and what we're doing is that that negative energy is just sent out into space. So we're not taking it inside of ourselves. We just leave it and let it go. And what we do is we send positivity towards them. For example, If a person comes to me and says, You know, I broke up with my boyfriend yesterday and I'm really sad right now and I can't believe this happened and I can't, What did I do? Should I have done something different? And all that stuff that people say and they're going through a hard thing. And they come to me and they say all this thing. They're sitting in front of me and I'm sitting in front of them and they're sending all this negative energy towards me and I'm here for them. I'm listening, I'm aware, My eyes are watching their eyes. So we are connected soul to soul. And my heart is still closed off because I want to make sure that that negative energy does not affect me in any manner so that if it does, Then I won't be any use to you guys. I won't be any use to any of these people who need me. So I need to make sure that I protect myself. And then they send this negative energy and what I do is I send positivity back. So what I do is that I tell them, You know, You did the best you could. You did everything that you could. You were a good girlfriend. I saw it from the outside. Don't worry about anything. This is normal. This happens all the time. People always go through this thing. I know you feel crappy right now, But eventually everything's going to be fine. And you know, You're a great person, So I know you're going to find someone to love. So what I do is that I'll come at it that way. I don't actually change my energy at all. The negative energy is sent out into space. And the thing about negative energy is that negative energy only exists when it is attached to a human being, To a consciousness. And negative energy cannot exist in space, In empty space. It cannot exist. It dissipates. It's as if it's like a bubble. It only exists for a few moments when it's attached to consciousness. As soon as it is detached and as soon as it's sent out into the universe, It dissipates and bursts as like a bubble does. It just goes away. It cannot exist without consciousness. So as soon as you send it out into the world, It's gone. So that's nothing that we have to do with it. We don't have to do anything with it. It's just gone. Positive energy, Again, Is only present when it's attached to consciousness. So what we're doing is that we're letting them send us their negative energy because negative energy needs to go somewhere. And then we kind of send it out into space. And empathic people are really good at doing that. We don't let it come to us, But we send it out. And then we send our positive energy to you. And you're able to feel better after our interaction with an empathic human being because you were able to send out all your negative energy to them and they were able to receive it. An unfortunate thing with a lot of people who are not empathic is that they're not able to receive negative energy because they are too enamored in their own heads. They're spending too much time in their own drama to actually listen to the person who's in front of you. A lot of people actually sit in front of you, But they're not actually there. You're telling them, You know, I had a really hard day yesterday. And what they're thinking is that, Oh, But I had a really hard day too. Let me wait until she finishes talking about her hard day. And then I can talk about my hard day because my hard day was much worse than her hard day. Do you know what I'm saying? Because that happens to me all the time. And I'm sure it's happened to you where you're sitting with an individual and they don't actually listen to anything that you're saying. And what they're doing is waiting for an opportunity to speak. And once I realized that I'm around that person, Then I don't bother anymore. I don't tell them anything that's going on with me. I don't tell them what's going on with the things that I'm dealing with or any challenges that I had in my life. I don't bother. Because what's the point? Why would I give that out to this person when they're not going to even listen to me? And those kind of relationships where I've spoken about before where it's a very one way relationship and eventually I'll let that relationship go. Because it's not useful to me nor is it useful to them because I refuse that. I refuse to be that person who only gives and doesn't receive. I used to be like that in the past and it's very draining. I don't like being around those people anymore. And so if you're going to be like that and if you're one of my friends and if you notice that I don't talk to you very much or I don't tell you a lot of my secrets or my stuff, It's because I don't trust you. It's because you don't actually listen. And if you don't listen, I'm not going to bother. The only reason I'm here is so you can tell me stuff about yourself. So why should I even bother with that kind of stuff? It's not an equal relationship. And for me, Equality, Justice and fairness is paramount. Paramount in everything that I do. And so that's how it happens, Right? And so when you're sitting with a person who's empathic, You'll notice a big difference between the way they deal with your emotions and your energy versus a person who's not empathic. And that's the reason I feel like empathic people are healers because we're able to transmute and alchemize that energy into different scenarios. I hope this makes sense to you guys.
