Hello everyone!

I hope that you're doing amazing wherever you are in the world.

My name is Bhoomshika and I welcome you to my channel.

As always I'm so grateful that you're listening,

Subscribing and commenting.

I really appreciate the support.

Because it's New Year's I'm guessing there's a lot of parties and stuff going on so it's been a little bit noisy but I hope that this is the noise level is not too crazy and you can kind of hear me.

So in this one I want to speak to you about hyper-responsibility.

Now again I don't know if this term is commonly used or common to your verbiage or it's something that you are aware of.

In general,

Particularly in the context that I'm using or in general but the term hyper-responsibility is something that I've been thinking about quite often recently because I think that it is what is lacking in a lot of people in general.

Now responsibility is something that all of us are aware of.

That's a term,

An adult phase or a mature person's term.

If you're responsible that means that you take care of your own needs,

Your desires,

Your finances,

You are self-sufficient,

You're not reliant upon anyone else and you're responsible for your own needs and desires so you don't rely upon someone else to take care of them.

So usually by the time you're an adult and doesn't necessarily mean 21 years of age,

Some people take longer to get there,

I did and so you know by the time you finally realize okay my life is my responsibility,

My happiness is my responsibility,

I have to take care of my own stuff myself,

My happiness,

My joys,

My finances,

My life in general and so once you realize that fact that's when you start you are officially labeled an adult.

Responsibility is something that most of us,

A lot of us are aware of.

We know what it means and we know how to gauge it in a person.

But in hyper-responsibility I was kind of thinking about how I recently started reading this book called or I've read it many times but I started reading it again because I like to read it often and so the book is called As a Man Think It by James Allen and if you haven't read the book obviously please go ahead and read it because it's brilliant but if you have read it then let me know what you think about it.

And the basic talent of the book is your thoughts create your reality which is pretty much a common word we use nowadays.

Everyone knows about it,

Everyone knows your thoughts create reality,

La la la,

Blah blah,

You know I've heard that before you might be thinking but I really like how I started pulling from it and started thinking about hyper-responsibility as a way of life for a lot of the spiritual warriors,

A lot of us spiritually awakened people out there and hyper-responsibility because we realized that every circumstance in our life no matter what it is,

If it's our relationship,

It's our finances,

It's that pimple on your nose,

Every single thing that's happening in your life right now is because of the thoughts that are going on in your head.

So it's your,

It becomes your hyper-responsibility to realize,

To control,

To watch your thoughts and to realize how they affect your life in general.

So anything,

Anything that's not going right in your life it could be from the smallest of things to the biggest of things.

Any little thing,

Any big thing,

Anything that's not going perfectly in your life is because of some blockage in your thought process,

Is because of some blockage in the way you think about that particular aspect of your life.

For me this is hyper-aware,

Hyper apparent when I notice the way my finances run and I do notice that when I am thinking positively about my finances and I feel relaxed about them,

When I feel like everything is going perfectly fine,

I have enough,

More than enough money coming in and everything is okay with my finances,

I notice my finances go at a smoother pace.

They feel like they're okay,

You know,

I don't have to worry about anything but as soon as I start worrying about it because something happens,

Someone says something and I all of a sudden feel oh my god maybe,

Maybe I'm deluding myself,

Maybe I don't actually have my finances under control.

As soon as I have that thought,

Almost as soon as I have that thought,

I notice that something happens in my finances that kind of twists or turns and goes into the deep end or into the shallow end if you want to call it,

Into an end that I don't want it to go to.

Sometimes I'm actually baffled and surprised at how quickly that happens because sometimes it doesn't happen that quickly of course and that's the universe's way of giving us some leeway but for me I noticed that as soon as I had that negative thought instantaneously something happens in my life.

It's as if the universe is kind of trying to prod me in my back saying hey,

Hey something's going wrong in your life right now because your thoughts are not up to par so fix them right away because if you don't it's gonna get even worse.

And I don't think of it as a negative thing at all,

I actually think of it as as a gift that the universe sends me every single time because the universe wants to make sure that I have an amazing life,

A perfect life and as soon as I start kind of meandering a bit from the path or I start kind of wobbling a bit on my path the universe notices that and instantaneously sends me a prod in the back saying hey you're not doing it right you're letting your thoughts go in the wrong direction bring them back pull them back silence your mind stop thinking all these negative crazy things and then as soon as I'm able to unwobble myself you know as soon as I'm able to balance myself again I notice everything calms down again and as I said it's pretty quick how it happens nowadays I mean it wasn't as quick five years ago even or maybe a few years ago even I would say even a few months ago but I noticed the more I meditate the more I pay attention to my thought the more I read the more I do all these things I notice it gets faster and faster and faster and faster it's like you know the pace of manifestation is growing faster and maybe that's not necessarily a bad thing maybe it's actually a good thing but I do notice that at certain points I'll look at it now like oh shoot it's so fast that you know sometimes I'm worried that I might have a negative thought and instantaneously manifested in its entirety but again the universe is good to us it's good to me for sure and it does not do it instantaneously so even if I have a negative thought and it kind of manifests a bit it always just manifests a tiny little bit just to kind of give me that nudge in the back just to give me that nudge in the shoulder saying hey if you keep on going on this path you're going to go into the deep end or the shallow end you know you're going to go into a place that you don't want to be in so stop that now I'm giving you this warning sign and I love it because I'm like oh right okay cool stop it and usually what I do in order to prevent myself from going into the deep or shallow end is to you know balance myself using the balancing tools that we all have which is meditation and yoga right so as soon as I start noticing I'm getting wobbly I'm losing my my balance I'm losing my focus I feel I feel weird somehow off balance I will instantaneously try to do a practice especially if it's available to me you know if I'm traveling or if there's no space for it or time for it then I'll kind of postpone it a bit but as soon as possible I'll try to do some kind of practice it's extremely important because it's extremely important to nip that negative thought in the bud right away so like cut it off right away because if you don't cut it off right away it gets bigger and bigger and bigger and you probably notice this that you know when you have a negative thought if you don't stamp on it right away it kind of brings all of its friends and all of its negative friends all of it all of them they have a huge party in your head you know and before you know it you have all of this negativity going on in your head that a few moments ago or even a few minutes ago you did not you know you were completely fine you're just going about your day and all of a sudden there's a negative thinking party in your head right so you really have to kind of nip it in the bud and I think that's the reason why the universe sends us these little signs and signals these warning signals of sorts to be like alright stop that that's not the path that you want to go down bring yourself back to center now of course if you don't think of it in terms of hyper responsibility and we're like well it's someone else's fault and if you stop playing the blame game if you don't take complete responsibility upon every aspect of our life upon our own shoulders then we start playing the game blame game we're like alright well it's not my fault you know it's that person's fault or it's that president's fault or it's it's the world that I live in it's you know it's the the time that I live in if I was born 20 years earlier or 200 years earlier something like that then it would have been better so of course we have all these ways of pushing off responsibility upon someone else or something else but as the book says you know your thoughts create reality it doesn't say that someone else's thoughts create your reality it's your thoughts creating your reality and so become hyper responsible bring everything upon your own shoulders realize it is you you're controlling everything you're responsible for everything it is you no one else I hope this makes sense again if you have questions about this or if you have comments please share in the comments below and I shall do a follow up video but again think about it in terms of hyper responsibility every single thing time you pass through the world hyper responsibility hyper responsibility think about it in that way if you have any questions let me know again thank you so much for watching and I shall see you the next time around bye for now
