In this one I wanted to speak to you about a little bit of an abstract topic.
It's kind of to do with trust,
Trusting the universe,
Trusting in this world that you live in,
Trusting that the universe wants to take care of us,
Trust,
Trust,
Trust.
But also I want to present it in a way that is a little bit different.
So give me a little bit of time to kind of explain myself and then hopefully you'll be like yeah okay that makes sense.
My friend recently,
Recently well a couple of months ago,
Shared the story with me that I wanted to share with you.
She's an INFJ as well so if you are an INFJ listening you may be able to relate to her.
So she was coming back home from the,
She lives in London and she was coming back home on the underground and for some reason there was something going on.
Someone committed suicide on the track or something happened where they had to shut down the underground line that she was on.
So she had to get out of the subway station or the metro and then come out into the open and perhaps find a taxi or an Uber or something like that.
And so of course if anyone is kind of going through the situation there is this first instinct that we have that oh my god I can't believe this is happening to me,
It's terrible,
The world hates me,
I want to get home,
I'm so tired,
I want to eat something,
I haven't eaten all day long and how dare they and how dare the universe or the government is terrible or the TTC or you know the metro system sucks and all that stuff of course comes up for us which is fine.
But my friend was actually really great about it.
She said you know I was very calm about it and I was like well it's okay it happens I'm gonna find a solution I'm going to either grab an Uber or a taxi or something and I'll find a way to get home.
And so she went above ground and she went to the taxi stand and all the taxis were taken obviously because it was a busy subway station,
It was a busy time,
Everyone was coming back home and there were no taxis left over.
So she was by herself in the middle of nowhere far away from home and with no possible way of getting back home.
She checked Uber and again all the Ubers were taken also,
There were no Ubers available because again it was busy and you know things were going on and it was a difficult time.
So she just stood there for a second she's like hmm what should I do?
And the way she said it was that you know there was a problem that was presented to me and then the solution was presented to me as well.
And so she's standing there waiting and she's thinking and then she noticed someone and I don't know if that person approached her first or she approached them but they live in the same apartment complex or the same area and her mother the lady who she was speaking to,
A friend or acquaintance came up to her and said oh hey you live in the same area as me and my mother is here to pick me up if you want we can give you a ride as well.
And I mean that's exactly that's I think probably how it went I'm sure I'm mistaking some of the details but that's the essence of it.
So the problem was presented problem being that she's not able to get home and because she was calm throughout it she was conscious she was relaxed and she was just trusting that the universe is gonna take care of her the solution was presented as well.
So she's standing there someone comes up to her oh I live in the same area as you my mother's here to pick me up you want to grab you want to grab a ride?
We can give you a ride home.
She got a ride home.
I'm not saying that this happens every single time but it happens often enough for me and for a lot of people I know that I know that the universe is constantly working in the background in the form of guardian angels if you want to call them or muses or our God or you know the divine creator whatever name you want to give it I don't know what name you'd like to give to that that creation or that entity that's taking care of us from the background but there's always this entity at least in my opinion that's there in the background and of course problems are presented to us because can you imagine a life without problems like if you just went through life with no problems everything worked out perfectly first of all it'd be dead boring even ultra ultra boring you were just sitting there thinking um yeah so what am I looking forward to really yeah because like human beings and generally problems to solve in order to work on their creativity in order to live their lives in a more fulfilling manner in order to keep on working towards some kind of goal towards something that drives them human beings need that if I don't think it's possible for human beings in general to live in paradise if everything was taken care of for us I know that people human beings will create problems you know they will create problems in the form of either getting a drug addiction or doing something weird like that right so in general I've found that human beings need problems to solve our brains are working so fast and they're so powerful that in the absence of problems will create problems right also when you have a problem in your life and you know you presented to the problem by the universe you can't stop thinking creatively you're like alright cool so this is happening what should I do can I do this can I do that you start really using your skills and your abilities and you start building experiences you start communicating with people you start asking questions you start being more and more proactive about it in a lot of cases unless you've given up on life and then you just just let go and you just don't do anything but in general I'm those for myself at least is that when I do have problems that pop up in my life and of course they pop up all the time and so they'll come and they're like alright I in general in the past I would panic and I'm like oh my god this is terrible ah but now I know that it's an opportunity for me to use my skills an opportunity for me to grow an opportunity for me to use my abilities and talents and to create connections and things like that so I'll take a step back I'll relax I'm like alright how can we solve this problem obviously the universe has given me a problem that is at my level it would not give me a problem that I could not solve it only burdens us with problems that we have the capacity and the capability to solve it might be a little bit of a stretch problem obviously a stretch goal but it would never give us something that we're completely incapable of solving I don't think so and so it gives us this problem to solve in order to test us in order to make us grow in order to make us learn and aspire to be better and better and better and so if you presented with this problem and I'll just take a step back as I said I'll relax I'll really come into my body into my body's intelligence I'll ground myself and I'll really try as much as possible not to go into panic mode into anxiety mode into oh my god mode and I'll just stay here and be like alright cool so how can we solve this problem there's I'm sure there's a solution there's a solution to everything seriously there's a solution to everything if you just take the time to stand still and react from a place of grounding but also what happens is that whenever I do come into us into the space of trusting and knowing that there's a solution usually a solution is presented itself to me it just literally just pops up just like the problem popped up the solution pops up as well now it might not pop up right away I'm not saying that you're just you get a problem and right away you get solution sometimes it happens that way a lot of times it'll take a little bit of time and so I've noticed for myself usually it takes me a night a good night's sleep in order to solve a problem a lot of times when I get a problem presented to me I usually tell everyone around me who is involved in the problem I'm gonna sleep on it and I'll let you know what's happening tomorrow right a lot of times as I said the problem usually a lot of times will automatically solve itself you know if you give it enough time I've noticed that some problems will just untangle themselves and solve themselves and it just disappears so cool that's fine but sometimes you just need a little bit of time and space so I'll still try not to panic not to get anxious not to think about it too much not to be obsessive about it to let go and I'm like all right let's sleep on it and so I'll go have a good night's sleep as much as possible you know meditate beforehand and usually this happens to me a lot in the middle of the night I'll wake up with the solution or I'll wake up in the morning and the solution will just present itself to me as if by Eureka moment like it's just like hallelujah there's a solution and this happens as I said often enough I would say 99% of the time that I know that it's going to happen that I know that I can just relax and let the solution come to me rather than rushing towards it and holding on to it and being tight about it and and just really just not doing it in a manner where it's conducive to my health or anyone else's health or conducive to having a relaxing attitude towards a problem right it's just sometimes I'm like ha ha ha and I can literally know that's attention in my body rising and just taking over my entire persona so I really taught try as much as possible as I said to relax and to let go and just to chill out a little bit now a lot of times I do notice when I do that is that some of the problems are self-created I have created those problems in my own head and so when I'm able to relax I realize ah all right cool yeah I just created this problem for myself I did it it was my fault if I can do it if I create the problem I can solve it as well right and I would say 50% of the problems I've created in my life are self-created they are literally created by me by my own overthinking by my own obsessiveness by my own need to create problems sometimes or my boredom or whatever it is that's creating these problems in my life I know that it's me I'm doing it right so all of this to say all of this to say that first of all notice that a lot of the problems you're creating are created by you so that's easy to solve secondly notice that if the universe is giving you a problem to solve it's for your own good it's not because the universe hates you maybe it's testing you yeah but for your own goodness so that you can grow you can learn you can use your experiences your talents abilities so it's not against you it is for you and also the problem has been given to you at your level it is not given to you at an expansive level where you can't even reach it ever ever ever the problems you have in your life are at your levels so the universe only gives you problems that you can solve at your level all right and so it's nothing that you can like oh my god there this is beyond me I can't solve it if it's in your life it is at your level it's not unsolvable and so these are all things that I wanted to share with you because these are things I've been noticing as I notice the problems that are cropping up in my in my life and I'm like oh this is the way to deal with the I see and so also I want to share the story with my friend because I thought it was just brilliant how you know the problem presented itself and then the solution presented itself as well just because she was able to be calm and relaxed and in her mind in her body and just extremely conscious and it's just it was perfect just the way she shared that story with me I was like wow this is
