This is your combined grounding and energy clearing meditation. So on your next inhale go ahead and close your eyes and gather up all of yourself into your head. And then on your next breath take your energy down from your skull into your heart. And then on your next breath take yourself from your heart down into your belly. And just take a few moments here to breathe, To appreciate the expansive quality of your inhale and the sweet surrender of your exhale. So we'll begin by establishing a grounding cord. I want you to imagine from your tailbone down through your legs, Through your feet, A system of roots like a tree. And these roots are growing down, Down through the soil, Down through the rocks, Down through all the layers of the earth. And just start to sense, Visualize, Feel, Imagine your little energy traveling down into the big energy of this planet. See this intricate system of roots, Your roots, Weaving through all the layers of the earth. Drawing your energy down, Sinking down, Melting all the way down to the cool dark still silent heart center of this planet. Take a few more breaths and continue to feel this anchoring from your tailbone, Down through your legs, Through the soles of your feet, Through the floor, Through the crust and the mantle and the outer core, And eventually anchoring your energy into the heart center of this planet. When you feel as though you have arrived there, Just take a few moments to let the earth hold you. In the same way that the roots of a tree grow down into the soil, They simultaneously draw up the nutrients from the earth. So now we're going to draw up that earth energy from that cool dark still silent heart center of the planet and see that silver earth energy traveling up through that system of roots, Up through all the layers of the earth, And feel that silver earth energy entering into your tailbone. And then on your next inhale, Draw that silver earth energy up a little bit higher into your belly, And then your solar plexus, And then your heart, And then your throat, And then your skull. Inhaling that silver earth energy from the heart center of the planet up through the tailbone all the way up, And then exhale that silver earth energy out through the crown of your head and send that silver earth energy all the way up through the weather, Through the atmosphere, Out through our solar system, Past the galaxies, Past the stars, Sending it to the highest power of the universe. And then do this a few times, Inhaling that silver earth energy up through the tailbone, And then exhaling that silver earth energy out through the crown of your head, Working with that earth energy, Seeing it penetrate through all the layers of your being, Feeling yourself shining silver. The earth energy is the energy of rejuvenation, Of purification, Of grounding. One more cycle, Inhaling that earth energy up through the tailbone, Feeling it travel up all the way through your central energy channel, Also known as your spine, And then exhaling that silver earth energy up and out through the crown of your head and sending it all the way to the highest power of the universe, Beyond the stars. Now on your next inhale, We are going to draw down the golden sky energy. So draw it down from the furthest reaches of the universe and feel it enter into the crown of your head. Feel it fill you all the way down your spinal column, And then exhale that golden sky energy down through the tailbone, Through all the layers of the earth, And offer it to the deepest heart of this planet. Inhaling golden sky energy, The energy of blessing, Of protection, Of inspiration, Feeling it fill you from crown to tail, And then exhaling that golden sky energy all the way down, Weave it through all the layers of the earth, And offer it to the heart center of this planet we call home. Inhaling the golden sky energy through the crown of your head, Feeling it radiate through all the layers of your being, Seeing yourself glowing gold, And then exhaling that golden sky energy down through the tailbone, Through all the layers of the earth, And feeling it as an offering, As a prayer, As a gift to the deepest piece of this planet. Now bring your awareness to your heart center, And just take a moment to feel that silver earth energy and that golden sky energy dancing inside your heart, And feeling your heart cradle not just these two energies, But all of you. Your heart is a crucible of transformation, The most expansive of places. It can hold all things. It can hold who you have been, Who you are, And who you are destined to be. The most important thing your heart holds is true love. The true love that is your birthright, Just like breathing, Just like air. You don't have to do anything to deserve it. You deserve it because you are here. So just taking one final moment to feel yourself firmly in the middle of this silver earth energy, This golden sky energy held in the expansive quality of your heart, And feeling the blessing that it is to be here today, To be you in this world. I love the guided grounding meditation. It's perfect for when I feel a little "off" and also before I do any energy work. The guidance is clear and his voice is pleasant. My feet always tingle and I can visually see the silver and gold eenergies. I feel so calm afterwards.
