Okay,
Let's do a quick mini meditation and then we'll start.
So if it's not offensive to you,
Take a finger,
Lick your finger.
That's up to you.
Put it right on your third eye,
Right between your eyebrows.
Good.
Then close your eyes and feel the moisture right there.
And breathe into that spot.
So imagine yourself breathing
From a few inches in front of that spot,
Right through it into your midbrain.
And as you exhale,
Breathe from your midbrain right through that spot,
Out a few inches in front of your asana chakra.
And follow your breath just like that.
And if it helps,
Assign a color
To that little pathway you've created.
A lot of times blue works for people,
But white might be better for you.
So pick one of those two colors.
And I'll be quiet and we'll just sit and breathe in and out in through
The spot right between your eyebrows,
Right to your midbrain.
And then exhale slowly,
Midbrain out in front.
And after your next inhale,
Let the next breath glow out your mouth.
And then take a big breath in and breathe out your mouth once again.
And then very slowly,
We can open our eyes.
