Good morning and let's start this day with celebrating your life.

I recommend doing this breathwork practice laying down.

Take a deep breath into your belly with your mouth open.

Throw the air into your belly,

Into your chest and then exhale with an open mouth.

Relax your whole body and keep on breathing with your mouth open.

And out.

Breathe into your whole being this morning.

Feel your own presence,

The gift of being alive.

Welcome this day with gratitude,

With joy being able to open your eyes one more time.

With every breath you meet yourself right here in this moment.

In your body,

In the room you are,

In the life you have created so far.

Sharpen your awareness of your whole body,

Your mind and your soul and how you are connected with everything around you.

What a gift to spend another day on this beautiful earth.

Breathing into the new possibilities ahead of you.

Be aware that at every choice move you make today,

You are building your future self.

Your dreams are built today,

Right here and right now.

Sort of a love and attitude which allows your dreams to become into your reality.

Breathe into the beauty of being alive,

Of being you,

Experiencing life with all its ups and downs.

Every breath you are opening up for your path to unfold.

There is no rush.

Take it slow and enjoy the journey.

Trust in your own divine timing and remember who you are.

Every breath feel your essence.

Listen to that inner voice.

Allow yourself to be guided.

And before you move ahead,

Become aware that this exact day of your life will never come back again.

You will never experience people,

The situations,

The things in your life the same way again.

Nothing will ever be the same.

Take a moment to be grateful.

Breathe in gratitude for what is there.

And if there is something you need to forgive or grieve,

Take a few breaths into these emotions.

Let your day be shaped with love and beauty.

Stay present.

Stay with your own presence.
