Welcome to this active and circular breath meditation.

Please lay down on your back and get comfortable.

My name is Anita and I'm gonna guide you through this session.

Emotions means energy in motion.

Let us move through these emotions.

Let's mobilize what is stuck and heal what is unprocessed.

Breathe in through the open mouth.

Breathe out through the open mouth.

Going with a deep inhale into your belly.

And exhale,

Relax your whole body.

Let's simplify the complexity of this human experience.

Become the observer of your own movie.

Knowing that you are not your emotions.

Let the breath guide you deeper into your body.

Out of the exterior world.

Reconnecting it yourself.

Inhale,

Move through.

Exhale,

Shake off.

Start to settle more and more into this breath meditation.

Let your body be fully relaxed.

Find your rhythm.

Knowing that not only your breath,

Also your life has a rhythm.

And so do your emotions.

Feelings come,

Feelings go.

Let them pass by.

Don't get stuck on them.

Let the breath wash over you.

Let the wave effortlessly wash on the shore.

And move back into the ocean.

Let every exhale take away what's no longer needed.

Breathe in deeply,

Long,

Through the open mouth.

And exhale,

Release.

Feel your whole self relaxing.

And sometimes life gets difficult.

Experience unwanted happenings.

Sometimes life hits you or you can't really understand it.

Maybe a feeling of overwhelm.

Or a feeling of being frozen.

Through the breath start to mobilize.

Needs to be moved through you and then let it go.

Breathe into this moment.

And find acceptance for what is present right now.

And when difficult emotions arise,

Heal the feelings.

Let them flow.

Breathe deeply into your belly.

Exhale slowly.

As you start to move these emotions,

I invite you to shake out your hands,

Your arms,

Your legs,

And move your hips from side to side.

Take off what's no longer needed.

Express yourself.

Make some sounds with your breath.

If you feel the urge to scream or laugh,

You can do so.

Release everything.

Feel your whole body be present with your body.

And let go.

Let your breath cleanse you.

Be how abundant you are.

You know every breath is a new opportunity.

Choosing your life,

Choosing yourself.

Now I want you to call in everything you're grateful for at this moment.

Get me the smallest thing like the sun touching your skin or a smile of a stranger.

Take a few more deep breaths.

Release if there's something more to let go of.

Deep inhale and exhale.

Let your body come into complete stillness.

Let your self sink into the earth.

Feel how you're supported.

And if you're still breathing through the open mouth,

You can start to take long inhales and exhale through your nose.

Feel how calmness melts over you.

Your mind is quiet.

And how every cell of your body is vibrating.

Listen to your own breath.

Feel how every breath permeates you with love.

A universal love.

And from this place take both hands onto your heart.

Start to open your eyes and find your way back into the room,

Into the present moment.
