With measured inhales and exhales, you can calm your mind. Ease your immediate stress and be in the moment. In this meditation, listen to a guided box breath with a pattern of 5-3-5-3, where you will inhale-hold-exhale-hold.

In this meditation,

You will have the opportunity to find release through your breathing.

Box breathing requires measured inhales,

Holding your breath,

And measured exhales.

While focusing on your breath,

You can calm your mind,

Ease your stress,

And be present in the moment.

Enjoy stillness before starting.

Now empty your lungs before you begin this measured breathing.

We'll repeat that breathing method four times,

And as you breathe,

You can imagine you're tracing a box with the inhale being one side,

The hold being a side,

Exhale being another,

And the last hold completing that box.
