Today,
We're going to connect back with our hearts,
Reconnecting with the heart center,
With a place of deep intuition and love.
And we're doing this after remembering how to connect with the breath,
With the body and now starting to come back to the heart.
And to come back to the heart,
We really need to let the mind go.
So let's begin our journey by finding a comfortable position,
Relaxing your shoulders,
Away from your ears,
Relaxing your face,
Your hands,
And gently and slowly bringing your eyes to a close,
Resting your hands next to you or comfortably on your lap,
Coming first to the breath,
Noticing the quality of your breath today,
Deepening the breath down to our lower bellies,
Breathing in and out through the nose,
Becoming aware of our physical vessel,
Of our bodies,
Of our position,
And consciously relaxing every part of our body,
Letting yourself fall down back to the earth,
Softening your body and especially softening the area of your chest,
Bringing your full undivided attention to your heart center,
In the middle of your chest,
Noticing the gentle rise and fall of your chest area with each breath as we begin to tune into the subtle sensations of the heart,
Keep breathing in and out and with every inhalation inviting the openness of the chest,
The openness of the heart,
In and out and with each inhalation drawing in light into the heart and with every exhalation letting the light of your heart start to light up every breath that grows and grows and grows,
With every breath becoming more present in your heart space,
More present with this light,
Tuning yourself to the whispers of your inner heart wisdom,
The heart is the seat of your intuition,
A place where compassion and love live,
A place where compassion and love live,
As it holds the answers to our deepest questions and the guidance we need to navigate our life's journeys,
Letting the light of the heart keep growing and growing,
And growing,
Anchoring our attention to the wisdom of the heart,
So now opening our inner ears to listen,
What does your heart want to say?
Listen to any emotions,
Any sensations,
Any vibrations or even any words coming from the space Breathing deeply into the heart and noticing if any thoughts or emotions start to distract you,
Come back to the heart and find the answers to those thoughts,
The answers to those emotions present with you right now and there might be some reoccurring patterns or themes present in this experience,
Just simply observe,
Simply observe and again,
When the mind begins to wander,
Gently guide yourself back to your heart,
Using your breath as your anchor into this present moment,
Remembering the light that grows and grows and grows and shines from the inside to the outside so brightly,
Breathing in and out through the heart center,
The heart center,
Notice how this area starts to feel,
Is there any warmth emanating from the heart and let this warmth grow as you cultivate this love for yourself and for others,
Let this love grow through your body,
Love through every cell as it expands outside of you,
Love to the space where you are at right now,
Love to those around you,
To the plants and to your family,
Friends or just people in this world,
Love to everything,
Universal love and connecting back with the gratitude of your heart,
The gratitude that your heart might be feeling because you are listening,
Because you are feeling,
Because you are rediscovering the wisdom and the love that has always been there in your heart,
Inviting you to come back slowly and gently and this time,
As you slowly open your eyes,
Try to find something in the space where you are that makes you feel grounded and direct your love also to that thing,
That could be a plant,
A window,
It could be your hands,
It could be somebody else,
It could be a picture just use this item to bring you back here and when you're ready,
Take your journal and start writing,
Start integrating what has happened what did you feel?
