Welcome to this guided meditation.
Today we're gonna go on a journey inside your subconscious mind.
Diving deep into the ocean of yourself.
To find all the answers you've been looking for.
The inner guidance,
Your compass,
That has been forgotten for a while.
Today you're going to explore and dive deep into that ocean of yourself.
To begin with this meditation,
I'll ask you to sit down in a cross-legged position.
Or sitting on a chair with your feet on the floor.
And start by closing your eyes and focusing your attention to your breath.
Notice how the air flows inside through your nose.
Inside through your nose.
Inside through your nose.
Outside through your nose.
Keep the awareness on your breath for a little while.
Just keep on mind to relax and to be present in this moment.
As you keep breathing in and out.
Imagine the air flowing in from the top of your head.
Down to the sole of your feet.
Observing the stream of energy.
Flowing through your spine.
All the way from the top to the bottom.
Exhale,
All the air goes out through your feet.
As you breathe in,
You observe how this energy is filling your whole and entire body.
Notice the space.
How it's filled with air.
With clean,
Fresh air.
This energy goes beyond the lungs.
Filling all the space in your torus.
In your solar plexus.
In your lower abdomen.
As you release,
The energy flows through your legs.
Your knees.
Your ankles,
Toes,
And it leaves your body.
Keep breathing in.
Holding it as you observe it.
Expand also through your arms.
Your elbows,
Your forearms,
Your fingers.
And again,
The air leaves your body.
Through the tip of your fingers and the tip of your toes.
Become aware of your skin.
After each inhalation,
Notice how the air expands through all your skin and it goes beyond.
It goes outside of your physical body.
Filling your energetic body.
Protecting you with this bright white golden light.
As your body becomes a sparkling,
Brilliant,
Energetic body.
You feel how you're out of this body.
And you travel and travel.
In space.
Until you suddenly reach a beautiful,
Beautiful shore.
You're now standing in front of the sea.
You're standing peacefully watching the waves come and go.
This scenery could be a place you used to go.
A beach that you love or an imagined place where you would feel absolutely comfortable.
As you picture the sea,
The waves,
The sun,
Some palm trees.
You see the sunset and the horizon.
And you feel the warmth of the air.
The salty breeze in your skin.
Your hair flowing naturally with the wind.
You can sense the sand touching your toes and the sole of your feet.
As you keep observing the endless movement of the waves.
You notice a tiny bottle of glass coming with one of the waves.
You feel curious.
So you start to walk.
Until you reach that tiny bottle.
You take it with your hands.
You feel how cold it is and wet.
You notice that there's a tiny paper inside of it.
So you open the bottle.
Take that piece of paper with your hands.
Take some time to observe this paper,
This message.
What does it say to you?
Which words are written in the paper?
You could visually read that message.
Maybe there's a question that you need to answer.
Or maybe there's an answer of a question you've been asking yourself for a while.
Take a look at the paper and feel the sensations in your body.
You might see colors,
Listen to sounds or words.
You might be smelling something.
The way you receive this message might be completely different.
It might not be visual,
But you know what it says,
What it's telling you.
Now put the paper in front of your heart.
And feel gratitude for receiving it.
What is your subconscious trying to tell you?
Something that has been hiding for a while.
Now it's finally seen.
How does it make you feel?
You might be remembering something.
There might be love or pain.
There might be curiosity or doubt.
Spend some minutes with this paper in your heart.
Try to integrate the message.
Now take a look at the paper.
What is your subconscious trying to tell you?
What is your subconscious trying to tell you?

What is your subconscious trying to tell you?
What is your subconscious trying to tell you?
What is your subconscious trying to tell you?
Now take the paper and put it back in the bottle.
Close the bottle and just slid it in the sand.
As you keep observing the waves coming and going.
You start to feel a desire to go inside that water.
To dig deeper into your mind and to your soul.
You're curious to understand where is this message coming from.
As you take off your clothes,
Your shoes.
You start to walk in the water.
You feel how the waves are coming to your legs.
As you keep walking,
The stars that submerge in the water.
Until your head is covered,
As you start to swim and swim.
You notice that you can breathe inside the water.
That the water is warm and comfortable.
It feels if you're a fish in the ocean.
Swimming and swimming and swimming.
You go deeper and deeper.
Until your journey begins.
Start to open your eyes inside of that water.
And you see images.
You hear messages.
You feel sensations in your body.
In your heart.
What do you see?
What do you hear?
It feels like you're in a movie of your life.
The deeper you go,
Clearer it becomes.
Inside this warm water,
You become one with it.
There's no separation between you and the water.
Between you and the images surrounding you.
You are one with the sounds.
With the feelings.
With the smells.
With the sensations.
Who are you deep inside that water?
What are you trying?
What do you remember?
What is the voice,
Your inner self,
Telling you?
What needs to be heard?
Whatever needs to be heard,
Just listen to it.
Consciously aware.
Open to the answer.
Open to the truth.
Open to love.
Because that inner self loves you beyond words.
Loves you unconditionally.
Just wants you to align to your truth.
Now,
Feel this embrace.
There's nowhere else you should be.
There's no one else you must become.
This is you,
Right here,
Right now.
Pure,
Blissful existence.
You are energetically open to receive all the wisdom inside of you.
All the universal consciousness.
But it's also you.
Slowly,
You start to swim back to the shore.
Your body just swims so easily.
The current of the water is helping you to reach that beautiful beach where you were standing before.
You're grateful to come back after this experience.
And you keep swimming,
Until you finally can touch the sand with your feet.
So you stand up and notice how your body feels to the touch of the air.
Your head,
Your shoulders,
Your breasts,
Chest,
Your arms,
Your belly,
Your hips,
Your legs,
Your knees,
And shins.
Your ankles and feet,
Your toes.
You're out of the water now.
You now see how the sun is rising.
You were there for a whole night,
Exploring the inner depths of your consciousness.
And now you start a bright,
Beautiful,
New day.
Filling intimate with yourself,
Knowing who you are.
And you see that the bottom is still there.
You take that little paper once again,
And you read it.
Is the message still the same?
Maybe there's something new.
Or maybe the sensation is now different.
Maybe you found the answer of the question.
You take that paper with you,
And you slowly start to travel back to your physical body.
You start to leave only your fingers and toes.
You stretch your arms,
And you become aware of your breath once again.
You slowly start to open your eyes.
Welcome back.
You might want to take some time to write down what that message was,
Or even journal about this experience.
You might have questions.
You can remember now that you can come back anytime you want,
Anytime you need to connect with yourself.
You can just sit down and listen to this meditation.
You only need yourself.
It's all inside of you.
