When you feel a little off,

Do you run from it?

Or can you sit with it?

Allow whatever you're feeling to be felt.

Honor your sweet little self.

Sit in the flames of your own burning emotions.

Allow them to come up.

Allow them to be real.

And once you've sat with them,

Decide how you want to move forward.

Decide how you want to feel.

What can you do to make that feeling now?
