Welcome to this full moon intention setting meditation,
Where we will set intentions around that which we wish to release from our lives right now,
As well as that which we are ready to invite into our lives.
Will you find a comfortable place where you can remain for a duration?
Let's take a deep breath in and release.
Breathe in deeply and out fully.
One more deep breath in and release.
Start to settle into that softer,
Gentler,
More natural breath.
Take some time here to set your intentions of what you wish to release and what you are ready to receive.
Bring your attention back to your breath now.
Breathe in and as you release,
Imagine that which you intend to let go of,
Leaving with your exhalation in little particles.
Inside your breath.
As you breathe in,
You are gathering all you need to break this down and release a little more.
Visualize it getting smaller and smaller with each exhalation.
Start to feel the open space where this used to reside.
See it as wide open spaces,
Waiting for what is yet to come.
Now as you breathe in,
See new bright and shining,
Glimmering particles flowing into this space.
See it forming into that which you intend to receive.
See it coming into its perfect form in this space you've created just for it.
See and feel it becoming exactly what you want it to be.
It is now exactly what you want it to be.
It's time to come back now to your physical space.
Start to notice your surroundings.
Invite some light movement into your body and take a deep breath in and release.
