Good morning and welcome.
I'm hoping this morning we can help you release the anxiety that you might be feeling before you start the day.
I invite you to find a comfortable space where you won't be disturbed.
Bring some light movement into your body and take a deep breath in and release.
Breathe in deeply and out fully.
Take one more deep breath in and out.
Allow yourself to start to settle back into that softer,
Gentler breath.
And as you do,
Allow me to connect remotely.
If you are open to receive this healing Reiki energy,
Just say yes in your mind's eye as I connect.
As you start to arrive at your center,
Continue to focus on the breath.
On this very present moment.
And simply following that breath in and out.
Feeling the nurturing and security that each breath brings you.
Start to notice your connection back to the planet,
Your feet on the floor,
Your bum on the chair.
And that surface's connection back to the planet.
Start to grow roots down into the soil.
And follow those roots with your mind as they grow deeper and deeper until they reach the center of the planet,
The Earth's core.
Feeling that you are truly connected to Gaia.
Connected to Gaia.
And as you do,
Welcome her nurturing hug.
That embrace.
Continuing to follow the breath.
But as those anxious feelings rise up in your chest,
Allow yourself to release them with the breath.
And then coming back to follow the next.
Knowing that every time your mind wanders,
Back to those anxious feelings,
You just need to come back to this moment,
This breath.
Allowing your mind to stay present.
Every time the overwhelm sets in,
Recognize you've left this present moment.
Acknowledge it and let it go on the next exhale.
As you release more and more of those anxious feelings,
Feel your body starting to relax.
Feel your mind starting to relax.
Feel that energy from Gaia.
Feel that energy from your heart.
Feel that energy from your chest.
Feel that energy from your heart.
Feel that energy from Gaia filling you up.
Balancing your energy.
Bringing you back to a peaceful,
Restful state.
With a calm mind.
A relaxed body.
And a connected spirit.
And as you do,
You recognize her energy has filled you up.
From your root,
All the way to the crown.
Creating that true connection back to the divine.
Completing the link of security in every moment.

Recognizing your surroundings and the surface beneath you.
Your physical connection back to the earth.
