Today is a special day so I want to take advantage of this energetical powerhouse and create a ritual together.
So let's start.
And here I have another idea that we're going to do and that includes this lady.

And I'm gonna present something.
I don't know if you know it.
Do you know that?
Papier d'Arménie?
Well,
I'm gonna tell you.
Papier d'Arménie is paper from Armenia although it was not invented by someone who has an Armenian name.
So let me just read the thing.
This is the rose flower version of it.
So they're only telling us about the creation of it from 2009 but I know it's been there for like way longer.
The original one is way longer.
But anyway I would love for you to smell that.
Smell the rose,
The fragrant rose.
It's almost too much.
It's lavish.
When I use it in my house and I'm gonna tell you how I use it,
It's gonna smell for days.
Even that,
The pack of paper unlit is wild.
It just smells so much.
So this is incense in the shape of little tickets.
So you've got tickets and it's reading.
So you're gonna tear and remove one of those slots.
Yep.
Smells so good.
And you're going to fold it just like so.
I swear I never heard English people say just like so except on YouTube.
Feels weird on my tongue.
Anyway,
You're gonna fold it like a little accordion and my fingers and my fingers are having such pleasure with the touch of that paper and you can feel the liquid,
The power in the paper.
So I've got my little accordion and I'm gonna set it on fire.
All right.
So let me show you.
And this is how we do it.
You light up the corners and now you let it burn.
Rose is a bridge.
It's the liminal space.
It creates that opening between our world and the underworld,
The upper world,
All the worlds.
It's a portal and today is a solstice so it's a portal too.
So I like to do a little meditation together.
A little meditate with me and we're gonna take 10.
Just be in that space.
Trusting that we can go in that liminal space together and that you can just be there.
You don't have to go all the way.
You could just be there and show your subconscious and show your subconscious how easy and how benefiting it is to just be there and maybe it might influence you to go tomorrow.
So we're going to close our eyes and cleanse the space around you.
So just breathe through.
Welcome in the silence.
I'm cleansing the energy and we don't need to set intentions.
Today we just want to see what's there,
Witness what's already there.
And I'm continuing to send you energy that is just pure love.
I would love for you to witness what's happening,
Just like we mentioned,
Without shame,
Without judgment.
Try to give yourself that love,
That acceptance,
That curiosity.
Just love.
I have some light language that I cannot contain so I'm going to send it.
My language is the original language.
It's just pure energy that takes different shapes.
Sometimes it's movements,
Sometimes it's words,
Toning,
Singing.
Sometimes it's all of them together and they only have the purpose of connecting with your subconscious and with your soul.
So you may not understand what's happening logically,
Mentally,
But your soul will.
Your soul will understand.
So just allow yourself to receive and not filter anything and not need to put the cogs in motion in order to understand.
I would love for you to let yourself make sound.
Whatever happens,
Just let your throat make something.
And we just made it halfway through our 10 minute meditation.

Your heart,
Your mind.
And going all the way down,
Down the legs and reconnecting you to earth.
Lay your feet flat against the floor and we're gonna have one big breath in,
