Welcome to Day 7 of the Abundance Meditation Challenge.
Before we begin,
I would like to take a moment to celebrate you making it a full week.
Whether you have started and stopped this meditation practice over the last few months,
Or you have made it all the way to Day 7 without stop,
Take a moment to celebrate yourself for making it this far.
Today's meditation is focusing on nature's abundance.
If you are somewhere that you can be outside,
Please do so.
If for any reason you are not able to be outdoors,
We have the opportunity to use our imagination.
As you're ready,
Find a quiet space,
Either outdoors or inside.
Allow yourself to connect with the natural world.
As you settle in to your meditation position,
Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths,
Allowing yourself to relax and let go of any tension.
Bring your awareness to the abundance of nature that surrounds you.
Notice the warmth of the sun on your skin,
The gentle rustle of leaves in the breeze,
And the earth beneath your feet.
Take a moment to appreciate the richness of life that flourishes all around you.
As you continue to breathe deeply,
Allow your senses to fully engage in the abundance of nature.
Notice the vibrant colors of the flowers,
The songs of the birds,
And the refreshing scent of the trees.
Feel a sense of awe and wonder at the magnificence of the natural world.
With each breath,
Feel yourself becoming more deeply connected to nature's abundance.
Sense the interconnectedness of all living beings,
The harmonious flow of energy that permeates the earth.
Allow yourself to merge with this energy,
Feeling a sense of oneness with all of creation.
Take a moment to express gratitude for the abundance of nature and the many gifts it provides.
Thank the earth for its nourishment,
The sun for its warmth,
And the water for its life-giving properties.
Feel your heart opening with gratitude for the abundance that surrounds you.
As you allow yourself to breathe deeply,
Continue to stay present in this moment,
Fully immersed in the abundance of nature.
Feel a peace.
Feel a sense of peace and tranquility wash over you as you surrender to the beauty and majesty of the natural world.
When you feel ready,
Gently begin to bring your awareness back to your surroundings.
Wiggle your fingers and toes,
And when you are ready,
Slowly open your eyes.
Carry the sense of connection and gratitude with you as you move throughout your day.
Know that you are always surrounded by the abundant blessings of nature.
