Once more in your mind,
Say your name and say relax and let go even more.
Feel every part of you relaxing.
Body relaxing.
Mind relaxing.
Heart relaxing.
Feel how good it is to be still and relaxed.
Letting your body release stress.
Letting your mind enjoy peace and quiet.

Now let's leave this meditation and calmly return to your day.
