Hello and welcome.
If you have found your way here,
Chances are you are tired.
Maybe in body,
Maybe in heart,
Maybe both,
Maybe just energetically drained.
This space isn't asking you to wake up or push through.
It's inviting you to rest into yourself.
You do not have to earn your rest.
You do not have to justify your exhaustion.
You've given so much.
Let this be a few moments to receive.
I want you to begin by finding a comfortable position.
You can sit or lie down,
Whatever your body is asking for.
Gently close your eyes or soften your gaze.
And I want you to take a slow inhale through your nose,
Letting the breath fill your lungs,
Your belly.
Hold for a minute and then exhale through your mouth,
Long and soft.
Again,
Breathe in for a count of four,
Hold for two,
And exhale for six.
Just keep breathing long and deep and with every breath,
Feel your body settling a little more.
Notice your shoulders dropping,
Your jaw unclenching,
And your abdomen softening.
Let gravity hold you,
Root into the earth.
You are safe to rest here.
Now we are going to do a little energy activation.
Begin by slowly rubbing your hands together.
Feel the friction,
Feel the warmth building between your palms.
Breathe as you do this,
Inhaling energy,
Exhaling tension.
Now when your hands start to feel warm,
Or you feel that energy starting to build,
Bring them to your feet.
And you can just cover your eyes and feel that energy,
That warmth,
Flow into your body.
You can even do this again and place your hands where you feel like you need them most.
It could be your heart,
It could be your belly,
Anywhere that feels like it needs a little extra energy today.
Feel the warmth radiate into your skin.
You can even imagine it as a golden light,
Soft,
Nourishing,
Gentle,
Seeping beneath the surface,
Melting the exhaustion,
Restoring what has been poured out.
Whisper quietly if you wish,
Or not out loud,
But in your head,
May this warmth restore what has been given.
May this light remind me of my own energy.
And you can pause here and do this as many times as you need to.
Once you feel like you have energized everywhere that needs to be energized,
Let your hands rest now and bring awareness to your breath again.
With every inhale,
Imagine drawing new energy from the earth.
A slow,
Steady current rising up through your body.
And with every exhale,
Release what's no longer needed.
The effort,
The heaviness,
The constant pushing,
Let it go.
Feel your body waking softly.
Feel the lightness returning to your body.
It may not be a burst of energy,
But a quiet hum of life,
Just enough to keep you steady.
You don't need to be full to be whole.
You just need to be here,
Breathing,
Open to receiving.
And as we close,
I want you to place one hand over your heart and one hand over your belly.
And take a deep breath in,
And sigh it out through your mouth.
Whisper gently,
Or say inside your mind,
I am allowed to rest.
I am allowed to renew.
My energy returns in its own time,
In its own rhythm.
Stay here for a moment,
Feeling the rhythm of your heart,
The steadiness of your breath,
The quiet gratitude for this body that carries you.
And when you're ready,
Slowly open your eyes,
Letting your awareness return to the space around you.
You can rub your hands together once more.
Feel that warmth again,
And just bring them to your heart as a final seal,
A final intention of the care that we are giving to ourselves and to our energy as we move through our day.
You are enough.
You are replenishing.
Possibly.
