Hello and welcome to your voice keeper meditation.
This is designed to help you return to your voice before you create a new podcast,
Speak,
Or any time you're going to share your truth.
Let this be your moment,
A sacred pause before you create,
Before you speak,
Before you share yourself with the world.
Find a comfortable seat or lie down if that feels better.
Let your hands rest gently on your heart,
On your belly,
Or on your lap.
And when you're ready,
Gently close your eyes.
Let's begin by taking a full,
Nourishing breath in through the nose and slow exhale out through the mouth.
Again,
Inhale,
Feeling your body from root to crown and exhale,
Letting the day soften its grip on you.
One more,
Breathing in for clarity,
Breathing out everything that you do not need to carry in this moment.
Let yourself arrive.
Now,
Bring gentle awareness to your throat,
The home of your voice,
Your throat chakra.
Notice any sensations there,
Tension,
Warmth,
Stillness.
No need to change anything,
Right now we're just noticing.
And allow that attention to soften you further into your presence.
We're going to invite sound into the body,
A sound that heals,
Clears,
And roots.
So,
We're going to take a breath in and on our exhale,
Hum.
Let it be soft,
Let it vibrate,
Let it move energy.
Again,
Inhale and hum.
This not only brings awareness to your throat and helps to open your throat and release your voice,
But also helps to calm your nervous system and stimulate your vagus nerve.
Once more,
Feeling the resonance in your chest,
Your throat,
Your lips.
Let the hum dissolve into silence,
Feel the spaciousness it leaves behind,
The opening,
The quiet truth beneath the noise.
In this space,
Ask yourself gently,
What truth wants to move through me today?
What part of me is ready to be heard?
What does my voice need to feel safe,
Free,
And clear?
Let the answers come without force,
It can be a word,
A feeling,
Or just a breath.
There is no wrong way to arrive in your voice.
When you feel ready,
Place your hand on your heart and say softly to yourself,
My voice is a vessel for truth,
I create from clarity,
I share from soul,
And I trust what wants to come through.
Breathe that in,
Let it anchor you.
And as you prepare to return to your day,
Your creation,
Your call,
Know that your voice doesn't have to be perfect,
It just needs to be true.
So,
You are ready.
Slowly open your eyes,
Become aware of your surroundings,
If you want you can even massage your neck and under your jaw before you move on to your speaking or content creating,
Wiggle your fingers,
Rotate your wrists.
Thank you for joining me on this journey of beginning to rediscover your voice,
I hope you have a wonderful day and a wonderful,
Truthful,
Authentic time creating content in whatever form it may be.
I am so excited to hear your voice rise.
