This is Carolyn Zeele.
Welcome to the five-part meditative series,
Manifest Your Desires,
Design Your Life.
Today we look at step four,
Letting go of limiting beliefs.
When you think of manifesting something you desire,
Sometimes there's a voice that pops into your head,
A critical voice of doubt.
It might say things like,
Good luck with that,
You don't deserve that.
Voices that say things like,
Money doesn't grow on trees,
Or you have to work hard in order to receive what you want.
But these voices are sometimes conditioned voices,
Beliefs that might not even be your own beliefs,
Beliefs instilled in you over time by parents,
Teachers,
Other influences.
And these beliefs,
These thoughts,
They can keep you stuck.
They dictate the story of your life.
Nikola Tesla said,
If you want to find the secrets of the universe,
Think in terms of energy,
Frequency,
And vibration.
Everything is energy.
Our thoughts are energy.
Every thought you have has its own vibrational signature.
Thought waves have their own frequency like gamma waves or radio waves.
Change your beliefs,
Change your thoughts,
Change your life.
And today we're practicing just that,
Changing your beliefs.
Take a moment and settle in.
Get comfortable.
Close your eyes and follow your breath.
Let go of any distractions,
Releasing any cares and worries of your day,
And just focus in on your breath and feel your body relax.
Now think about what it is you truly desire,
What you truly want to manifest in your life.
And as you think of this intention,
Is there anywhere in your body,
In your mind,
In your thoughts,
Something negative,
A voice that doubts?
Is there a place anywhere in your body that might be vibrating with a negative energy,
With fear or doubt that you can really have what it is you desire to manifest?
I'm going to take you through a two-step process to begin to remove your limiting beliefs,
Those negative voices and tapes in your head.
First,
You'll repeat these phrases to yourself after I say them.
Even though I have this limiting belief,
I know that what I desire is possible.
I know that this limiting belief is no longer working for me.
I know that this limiting belief is old wiring,
That it is not even my belief.
I know that this limiting belief is just perspective.
I know I can change my thoughts and change my life.
I now give my subconscious full permission to help me clear this belief.
I am now using my breath and giving my subconscious full permission to sweep this belief from my cells.
With each breath I take,
I breathe in a new belief and release this old limiting belief from my body.
With each exhale,
I am sweeping this old limiting belief from my cells and my being and my body.
I am now able to thank this belief for serving me in the past.
I am able to release all resistance to letting this belief go.
I am now releasing all ideas that I ever needed this in order to stay safe.
I am now releasing all ideas that I need this belief for any reason.
I am now releasing all feelings that I don't deserve to release this belief.
I am now releasing all conscious and subconscious causes for this belief.
I am now releasing all conscious and subconscious reasons for holding on to this belief.
I am now releasing all harmful patterns,
Emotions,
And memories that keep me connected to this belief.
And I am now,
With each breath I breathe,
Breathing in healing light energies.
I am now breathing in and healing this belief,
Transforming this belief and clearing this belief.
And with my breath I breathe in the knowledge that I can manifest what I desire.
Let's move into the second step in this two-step process.
Take a moment and think of someone,
Someone you may or may not know,
But someone who has manifested that thing,
That desire that you want to manifest in your life.
As you think of this individual,
Realize that this is evidence,
Proof that you can receive and manifest what you wish to manifest in your life.
That if it happened for this other person,
It is evidence that it can happen for you as well.
Sit with this person in your thoughts as long as you wish.
Like this person,
You too can receive just what you wish for.
You can manifest your wildest dreams.
As you slowly open your eyes,
Return to the present moment.
I invite you to turn toward your journal.
Write your thoughts.
Repeat this meditation as often as you like and know that you can change your thoughts and change your life and manifest beyond your wildest dreams.
